Se trata de un estilo de Florida, hermosa casa de vacaciones, totalmente amueblado y muy bien cuidados. Con amplias habitaciones para el descanso, la casa está ubicada en un lote doble, en un barrio tranquilo. En la propiedad, hay fruta fresca para recoger, en la temporada. Disfrute de la parrilla junto a la piscina privada climatizada, en el recinto apantallado!

Ubicación central: 90 minutos de Orlando (Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World), Tampa (Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Rays o Bucs), Ft. Myers. Pueden llegar a la costa de Florida, en el Golfo o las playas del Atlántico para un viaje de día soleado (Menos de 2 horas de distancia).

Del paraíso de pescadores golfista local o! Condado de Highlands ofrece más de 13 campos de golf y 80 lagos nombrados! A sólo 2 kilómetros de distancia se puede disfrutar de la bici y senderos para caminar en Highlands Hammock State Park o Lake Jackson.

A sólo 45 kilómetros de distancia se puede tomar ventaja de la pesca y la navegación en el capital de la lubina del Mundo (Lago Okeechobee). Tome un viaje relajante en canoa por el Río de la Paz, a sólo 30 minutos de distancia.

Very welcoming home

My husband, daughter, son in law and myself came to visit my grandmother as we do every year. It was a welcoming home and easy to find. We don’t have any complaints rather than a suggestion for softer beds for the 2nd bedroom. Kids said they were too hard. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Pool was very warm and inviting as well.

Outstanding Host and House

Communication was outstanding with the owner. Property easily assessable; beautiful, immaculate and located in an excellent area close to everything you need. The weather wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool, but it is heated. Would definitely come back! Thank you for an outstanding vacation rental property.

A place where memories are made!

We came to Sebring to visit my elderly parents and stayed at this amazing home. The place was clean and well stocked. The grounds were private and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The beds very comfortable and the pool amazing! Patty and Dennis were great hosts. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi when we arrived, Dennis texted us right away- just us not putting in the right password. He stopped by the next day to see if everything was good and if we had any other questions. He said the place was ours for our stay and it felt like home. My parents spent afternoons and early evenings with us around the pool, meals, snacks, swims and just enjoying company. Thank you Patty and Dennis for making this visit memorable. No goodbyes only next time and more memories!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The property owner was responsive to any needs in a timely manner. The home is very comfortable and we felt like it was our own. This home was equipped with everything you needed. Pool area was exceptional!

Sebring House

We chose this home so we would be close to my parents over the holidays -- and for the private pool. Check-in was super easy, and the residential area felt safe, quiet, and private. Bikes were provided, and use of the 2-car garage was unexpected and appreciated. We had plenty of space, and the split floor plan was nice. As stated in other reviews, the bathrooms could use an update (& maybe some of the décor & furnishings too), but it was more than acceptable to us. Most of the necessities like soaps, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen staples were provided, which was very helpful, and the washer & dryer was also nice. Unfortunately, the weather was extraordinarily cold during our week, and we had issues with both the pool heater and the house heat. Dennis worked hard to try to get everything running for us and was in constant contact. He is a very friendly and attentive host! We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Sebring!

Just what we needed

While the pool area had not had its spring cleaning yet it was awesome! House was clean and well stocked. Owner was great to work with. Really quiet area. Enjoyed our say and would gladly stay again.

Sebring House

A very spacious property - surrounded by mature plants and trees. Situated in a pleasant, quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool is heated and covered so it is warm, even in February. Really relaxing. The 2 bedrooms are large and very private, and there are 2 lounges! Dennis is an excellent host, and explained everything to us very clearly. We really enjoyed our visit to the nearby State Park, and bike rides around the locality. As a bonus, there is an abundance of books covering a wide range of interests. Thank you Dennis for a really interesting stay.

In town to see family

Great house with a private pool. Has all the amenities you might need. Very easy to check in and when I had a question, there was a quick response. We would just recommend a little update to the bathrooms.

Visiting family in the area

The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the extra space we had compared to staying at a hotel just so much more relaxing. Dennis was a great host and made sure everything was to our liking . We will be staying again!!!!

Great cottage house for relaxing

The house is 2beds but was not small. Having multiple living spaces including the covered pool area it’s easy to spread out. The pool was used daily and the wooded corner lot provided amazing privacy.

Great place to stay for the Heartland youth triathlon in Sebring.

We chose this location so we would have enough room for the family while we were in town for the Heartland Youth Triathlon. We did not want to squeeze into a hotel room with 4 people & 2 bikes. This location gave us room to spread out. The kids shared a room but each had their own bed. It was nice having the garage to store the bicycles. It was also nice having access to a washer and dryer. With all these things considered, the big selling point for us was the pool. It was nice to have the pool to relax in after the triathlon. The house was exactly as marketed on VRBO. The owner was accessible and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Rental

Stayed at this rental for only one night and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. House was nice and clean and fully stocked. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Downtown Sebring. The host Dennis, was so kind and very timely with the details. I highly recommend his place !

Wonderful Stay, Great House

We stayed here for a week over Spring Break, and we can't say enough good things about the property or Dennis the owner. The house was in a great convenient location and very well maintained. The house is one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in - anything you could possibly want or need is there. The pool was beautiful and heated - we spent many hours by the pool. Dennis was so welcoming and available for any question, and he was so kind to even bring some Easter treats over for the kids for our departure. We will definitely return to this house if we stay in this area again. Thank you for a wonderful week!
