Welcome to Wilstone Lodge. Tucked away on top of a ridge on quiet, private walkable roads. Amenity access to all of Sapphire Valley Resort. Walk to waterfalls in the national forest from our neighborhood. 20 minutes to downtown Cashiers. Fiber internet, excellent cell coverage. Step-free access to the main floor and bedrooms. New Brunswick 8 ft pool table in lower level. Open concept floor plan with chef's kitchen and 30 foot vaulted ceilings. Amazing mountain views from each of the 4 bedroom suites with attached private bathrooms. Enjoy crisp fall weekends, summers in the cool mountain air, springtime with the blooming laurel and rhododendron, and the pristine stillness of winter at our mountaintop retreat.

Wilstone Lodge is truly a gem—offering a peaceful setting with some of the most spectacular views!The location is perfect for lots of outdoor activities, hiking adventures or simply spending the day at the house relaxing, playing a game, and then taking in the spectacular sunset from the deck. The house was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay.Jamie is an excellent host and really has put so much thought into making your time at Wilstone as comfortable as possible. From the detailed email sent prior to our arrival, to the great welcome guide provided at the house, with helpful tips, hiking and restaurant suggestions and lots of info about the entire area. She has created a home away from home for her guests.We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the Wilstone Lodge! We will definitely be back.

Sapphire Getaway

What a great view! Our family enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay at this great mountain home. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of activities down the mountain: restaurants, golf, shopping and more. Also we were able to do a hike from the house. We will definitely be planning to stay here in the future.

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful and spacious home in NC mountains provided a quiet and picturesque location for my adult family members to meet and reunite. Plenty of comfortable seating around the fireplace in the living room while two large decks and outdoor seating offered wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and valley below.

Beautiful Mountain View’s!!!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home!!! The home was beautiful and so were the mountains. It is so well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. You will feel like you are in your own home. Loved the two different areas for watching tv as it was a big football weekend!! Jamie the host was so nice and responded so quickly everytime I reached out to her We will definitely return to this lovely mountain home in the future, for another relaxing vacation!!!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time the house was lovely and the views were spectacular. Home owner always there to help if needed. It is a kinda crazy drive up to the house but once you get there is it totally worth it.

We recently fell in love with the Cashiers/Sapphire area as an escape from the heat and humidity of almost 30 consecutive summers in Charleston, South Carolina! My husband and I are both from Chattanooga, Tennessee and we feel very much at home in the mountains.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we were looking for a mountain home, we thought we wanted to be closer to Asheville. Then we looked at homes on the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau and the elevation won us over. We are still very close to Brevard and Asheville. We are in love with the lush beauty and waterfalls in Panthertown Valley which is accessible on foot from the front door of Wilstone Lodge.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Nantahala National Forest is 0.4 miles from our doorstep. There is something calming about being in a place where you can walk around and not see many cars or people. But if you need to, you can drive down the mountain and be in the Cashiers grocery store check out line in 20 minutes with a Starbucks in hand!
