Host was very responsive. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and LOVED the location on beach. We were somewhat challenged by a queen bed which was my failure to note in the reservation. Did want to mention that air filters in the mini-split air units need cleaning, very dusty.

The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had everything I needed for a peaceful stay. Just a few steps from the beach with beautiful views of the water and dolphins. I will definitely be returning! The management company was responsive and kind. I highly recommend using Charleston Coast Vacations with Dunes Properties for planning a lovely stay.

Loved the location, access to the beach, and it had all the amenities you could want! Lots of kitchen supplies, Keurig and coffee pot (both), as well as beach chairs available for use by the outdoor showers in the back of the home. Thank you for hosting us and giving us a location that is close to the fun on the island, Mt. Pleasant, as well as Charleston! Loved hearing the ocean waves as you fell asleep at night!

This is our second stay at this property. It is perfect. The view is stunning, it’s quiet, well-equipped, everything you could want. We rented a golf cart for easy access to everything on the island. Perfect stay!

2nd visit

Amazing location. It’s our second time staying in 5 years. Property probably needs some updating soon. Dehumidifier needs to be emptied 2-3 times per day. Kitchen needs some updates but for the location and a small family, it’s a great unit.

Breezy Beachfront Property

My daughter and I started this traditional last year when she had her last baby and we did a girls' getaway for a long weekend. Loved this beach house right on the beach with great views, nice porch to the side and perfectly situated on Sullivans Island. Easy 35 minute walk into town and restaurants and 8 minute drive to grocery the opposite way.We may have to book this every year. Perfect place for a family of 3-4!

Beautiful Spot!!

We stayed here for 4 days and absolutely LOVED every minute - we didn’t want to leave. Great location, easy, private beach access, amazing view from inside or outside the house. Comfy beds, good kitchen and washer/dryer. Only complaint would be the bathroom - clean but in need of basic repairs and updates. We would absolutely return!

Perfect beach location

It had just snowed and everything was covered in snow and ice which made the driveway, path and stairs difficult and scary to navigate. I’m sure when those things are not an issue it’s a fun and safe place for everyone to enjoy the beach!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This gorgeous property was a perfect fit a 4-person girls' trip! We loved waking up and drinking coffee on the porch as we gazed at the beach. We were able to quickly get to plenty of Sullivan's Island spots but Charleston wasn't far at all. We'd love to return!

Nice getaway

Clean, comfortable place for a fall getaway at the beach. Beautiful views from family room and porch. Truly right on the beach. Would recommend it. Negatives are the TV which seems to only get the lousy LG channels, the 15 steps to get in and out of the unit, and the large number of dogs being walked on the beach.

Little Waterfront Vacation

My family of 4 loved our stay here. This was our first time staying beachfront and it did not disappoint. The owner was very responsive and nice, we will be working with her in the future. Sullivan's Island is such a nice quiet island great for families wanting to get away. One bathroom is difficult at times but nothing you can't handle with preparation. This property had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the little vacation time we get every year.

Fun strip with family

I really wish I had known a few pertinent details before booking. You will have neighbors to the side and also above you. Parking is challenging and I wish there had been assigned spaces. There are 16 steps to get into the apartment. The pics are a bit deceiving on that. We ended up having a great stay. The beds are a bit hard. On a positive note, it’s very clean. The view is spectacular and the proximity to the beach is perfect. I wish it had curtains you could close to sleep late. Even at night the landscape lights were very bright and shining in the room. I didn’t sleep well at all.

Perfect for a family of 4!

You can’t beat the location of this unit! Our two kids, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, being just steps from the beach! The unit was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having the kitchen to make meals at home on our beach days. We were only a 20 minute drive from Charleston, and enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this property!

30 day stay at this beachfront location! Perfect! Small but comfortable house. Short bike ride to IOP or downtown SI. The backyard is the beach, beautiful sunrises from the deck each morning. Tv wasn’t great but didn’t spend much tv time here. Loved the property!!

Great Sullivan’s island apartment

This is a great spot to stay. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The location can’t be beat-right on the beach and a short bike ride to the town.

This was a perfect stay for us. We loved the location, right on the beach with a great view. And the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed - a roomy den, well-supplied kitchen, and comfy bed. The size was also perfect for what we needed with just 2 people. Thanks - we will be back!
