Everything was good. For the owners or overseers I would inform you that we did see a roach in the kitchen & the hall bathroom light switch seemed to either be worn or a short in it cause the light would sometimes not come on then flicker. Enjoyed our stay , but just would want to know if it was mine

Grandchild Trip

Place is well furnished and centrally located.Unit provided no body wash or shampoo, but ample other supplies. In communication with the manager was told they provide 24 hour supply of these items and we are to provide our own beyond that - which is normal and fine, however, no shampoo was provided as they implies. We were there two nights and did not think we needed to bring - essentially said told us they thanked us for our understanding- while they took no action or accountability for their cleaning staff’s poor performance.

Grateful for the Family Get-A-Way!

Nice unit & good location--10 min. from Dollywood & just above the strip (and yet it was very quiet & felt safe). We thought that the Furnishings could/should have been nicer. Also felt that the facility/owner could spring for some travel set ups of Shampoo/Conditioner & liquid hand soaps (that could be at a whopping cost of about $10 from WAL-MART, but would have been a nice gesture), again, at the level of cost charged for the unit. Beautiful view out back & we LOVED the gas fireplace (as it was quite chilly). Housekeeping definitely needs to be attentive & accountable to cleaning the vinyl flooring (children's feet & socks were nearly black within hours of check-in. Sorry to seem ultra negative. We were grateful for the warm, comfortable nest during the peak week (Thanksgiving).

Nice property, kitchen needs help

The property was nice, clean and looked like it was pictured online. The only thing that could be improved was kitchen. The cabinets looked a little beat up but not horrible. It definitely needed more silverwear and glasses. The kitchen was extremely small so only two could be in there at the same time. But overall we were pleased as it was just for four nights. It was conveniently located to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer so that was nice. I did email property manager soon after I booked and I never heard back from them. I had to call to get the information I needed. Would we stay there again? Probably but I'd check around for better rates before booking it again. Do keep in mind we did book this in mid-July 2021 when everyone was breaking out of being stir crazy from Covid and everything was priced sky high.

Home away from home

Came with our three kids ages 11,9,and 3 for a spring break vacation. Came in late but very easy contactless check in. Condo had plenty of space for us all and very comfortable beds. The area was very busy when we were there so we were especially grateful to have this condo for a home base away from it all, but seconds away at the same time. Pictures on VRBO are not up to date..this space has been updated and is very clean and tastefully decorated. Awesome view of the smokies and we especially enjoyed mornings on the balcony :) Indoor pool and hot tub area was smallish but a great option considering it was still a bit chilly. If we do visit the area again we would stay here for sure.

Very clean and roomy. We enjoyed the lazy river and both indoor and outdoor pools during our stay. The views are beautiful. My daughter and I watched the sunrise daily. So very pretty. We will never stay anywhere else other than here. Affordable and inviting, right in the middle of everything.

Nicer than a timeshare

We asked for a entry level unit and they said ok in Dec. when we arrived it did not even show up on our account that we had requested it. So here we are pouring down the rain looking for someplace to stay. Resort properties came to our rescue and had a place for use to stay. It was a 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo and it was nice. We will stay with them again. Thanks for being there in our time of need. The one request we had was to update there furniture in the unit. If wasn’t for that we could have given a a five star rating.

The condo and the entire facility were clean and very attractive. It was located near the main street but yet it was quiet and secluded and gave us a beautiful view of the mountains. When we arrived, we were greeted by two super friendly and helpful employees who went above and beyond to help us with a car issue we were having. They could not have been any more helpful. Our stay was made quite pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Whispering Pines to anyone.

Each different unit we've stayed in has been decorated very uniquely, clean, nice balconies, & beautiful views! We also are big fans of the pool area! The outdoor pool is always clean & warm, the lazy river is big & so relaxing & the hot tub is a nice touch! The property is at a great location- close to everywhere you want to go yet not right on the main drag. We LOVE it here & can't wait to come back!
