This was a nice stay in Pigeon Forge. Pros - Close to everything. The unit was very clean and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent. Easy to follow directions getting in and out. Views from balcony were nice. Cons-Unit needs some updating with living room furniture. Would not say this unit sleeps 6. The couch with the pull out bed was kinda low for sitting and forget laying on the pull out part - the mattress is a lumpy, bumpy spring mattress like we slept on as kids in the 80s. In fact, the mattress is probably from the 80s. You could feel the coils and it Is completely sunken in the middle. That needs to be updated for sure. The recliners were nice to have; however, both were very noisy when closing and almost jarring you out of them. The toilets were both very low, need higher bowls. Would be great to have at least one walk-in shower. The king beds were soft but almost too soft as you sank in and hard to move around once in a position for too long. Also, it felt like the mattress pad covers were upside down because you can hear crinkling under your body and upon checking it out the soft cotton side was under the mattress instead. Also had to take garbage out before leaving (no big deal) but no trash bins in building 6, had to carry across parking lot and other buildings to near the indoor pool area where trash dumpsters were located. Overall was a nice stay for a quick weekend but may look for more updated location next visit. Thank you
