Family adventure

It was a wonderful grandmother-granddaughter adventure: Dollywood, Splash Country and tubing the Little Pidgeon River. Great time together.

Great location and condo

Great location in Pigeon Forge with a lovely river view. Condo was very nice, spacious and great amenities. Just FYI, make sure your address on the booking matches your ID otherwise it will cause difficulties. Company is very responsive by text but not as much on the app.

Nice place for the $

Nice 3br condo, nice balcony with views of the river. Clean but furniture dated and smaller convenience items (broom & dust pan) missing. Would book again. Also a TV doesn’t work in one of the bedrooms and cable is not provided you must sign into your own steaming accounts (Hulu, Netflix etc.)

Perfect Atmosphere

The property was as expected. It was clean and spacious. We had an issue with one of the televisions and it was fixed within a couple hours. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Find in the Pigeon Forge Area

This property is one of the best we've rented in this area. It is very spacious, clean, had all needed amenities and the huge patio overlooking the river is very relaxing. The pool was also clean and refreshing after a hot day in the sun. I definitely recommend this condo and will be staying again in the future!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Great location, very relaxing to sit on the balcony. The luggage carts by the elevator was a wonderful surprise since we had a large group. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative experience was the lack of communication by management. I emailed upon booking a question that was never answered. The day before our stay I emailed again inquiring instruction on check-in. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and usually get an email upon booking that they will contact you on the day of arrival with check-in details. After the second inquiry I did get a response by the management (email and phone call).

When my family decided to go to the pool it was locked. The man at the front desk said he would be there in a minute that it should not be locked. We waited and waited and we said something again but nothing ever happened. My family goes on vacation together once a year and like staying at Cedar Log but we are rethinking about staying there.

My only suggestion would be to maybe downsize the massive TV in the master and put in a dresser or something that would allow you to set your luggage out of the floor. Also, the bed is too close to the blinds...every time you get out of bed, you are standing in the blinds.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chose this unit because of showing 2 recliners, which some in our group needs, sofa in room was not very comfortable. Mattress in master bdr ready to be replaced, whirlpool did not work. Overall not as happy with this unit as have been with others. Will not choose this unit again.
