Riverfront Condo, Minutes to LeConte, Dollywood, Ripken, The Island

Enjoy this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the Pigeon River, located right off the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to everything, plenty to do within walking distance.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a spa tub, double sinks and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The two bedrooms are on either side of the condo across the living space, giving you and your family or friends plenty of privacy from each other. 1queen air mattresses available for additional guests.

New clothes washer and dryer in kitchen!

This gorgeous Condo is minutes from Dollywood, the LeConte Center, The Island, attractions, and restaurants. You are also only 15 minutes or less from Gatlinburg..

The unit is serviced by a glass front elevator so there are no steps required to reach the unit. There is ample parking onsite. The Building features parklike grounds by the Pigeon River, with a fenced and gated pool. This condo offers the best of both worlds - a calm and spacious oasis in the midst of the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The pool is open from spring to the fall. It will be closed after the Labor day weekend!

The location of the condo is a great, very walkable to many restaurants, shops, and activities. The condo itself needs a deep cleaning and refresh. We had an issue with the bedding not appearing clean and the host did refund us the cleaning fee which was appreciated, not much more that could be done. The wine glasses we were going to use were absolutely filthy. I probably would not stay here again just because of the overall cleanliness of the unit was lacking.

Very nice unit. Everything was clean. Beds are comfortable. Furniture is comfortable. It was like being in my own home. The patio/balcony was a plus! I loved sitting out there and watching the wildlife on the river. Thank you for sharing your unit!

Good location

Condo was as advertised. Close to Leconte Center where we enjoyed an event. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Unit needs to be updated and stocked with better grade items. Ex: paper towels.. soaps for guests .. TP… seemed to be cheapest available No wine opener or spatula. 14 knives and 6 forks .. 3 tsp’s… owner needs to upgrade for guests needs. TVs were not working and No instructions which would have helped .. host not very available to answer problems. Tv messsge… not a subscriber.. even tho we are connected to internet and cable.

Diamond in the rough

The complex itself is not much to look at but the unit itself is exactly what you see in the photos! The decor is pretty. The creek behind the unit is a nice touch! The ducks will wake you up in the morning if you forget to set your alarm 😉. Communication with the host was never a problem. She responded quickly and with accurate information. It was as hassle free! We would definitely recommend!

Great location, listing just as pictured and described

Our family enjoyed a long weekend visiting Dollywood, and the location of this condo is great. We could get to Dollywood in just under 10 minutes, and the back porch watching the creek was nice too. This unit is clean and suited our family well, and the owner was quick to resond to questions. Would definitely consider staying again!

Great Place and Awesome Host

Thank you for allowing us to stay during this crazy weather weekend that you had no control! Everything you could possibly need was available in the room. Food City was not far away, so, can't think of anything negative! If anyone has the chance to book, I recommend!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and the location is great. Food and stores are close by, including a Walgreens/Kroger so you can get anything you may need or forgot at home. The jet tub in the condo is great, walk-in shower was wonderful too. The condo was in great condition, TVs nice, bedding soft, the king bed was fantasticly comfortable. I have back issues and very much enjoyed the bed. The geese out back by the river can get loud, but there isn't much anyone can do about that. The river view from the balcony is very relaxing. I would definitely return for another stay.

River Place

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We attended an event at LeConte Center and were very happy with the proximity to the venue. We were disappointed that the fireplace wasn't working, and would have been happy with some extra towels, but we were very pleased with our stay overall.

Off to bad start

Friends and husband been looking forward to rest..friends sister died unexpectedly day before they did not come. Did not use other bedroom. Day before leaving transformer blew..we sit on porch to stay..no offer to reduce price or anything. Prob.never stay again

Needs linen update

Easy check in and general location ok but would be better farther off busy strip. Smaller of two bedrooms and bath were fine and clean. Master bath shower curtain liner was moldy and shower curtain and bed linens were outdated and threadbare. Towels too thin and some decor appeared shabby. Property overall is run down.
