Our family really enjoyed staying at this location during our trip. It was very spacious, clean, quiet and close to food options. Parking was easy and the pool/beach were amazing. My kids loved spending time at both our entire stay. Communication was amazing and I would definitely stay again next time.

The view of the moon rising over the ocean each night was absolutely stunning! It would start out red and turn to bright white as it rose. Watching this from the deck off the master bedroom was an unexpected pleasure! We were there for a full moon, and it lit up a path across the ocean that was amazing!

Breath taking views

The location is perfect !! Nice and calm beach. Perfect if you want a relaxing day at the beach. The house had all the amenities we needed. The pool was equally nice. I would recommend!!!

End of summer get away.

The property was amazing. Nice pool. Right on the beach. Very quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities. We were also able to watch a rocket launch right from the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the townhouse had everything we needed. Lots of room, comfortable beds and living areas. Having a garage was nice as well. Great view of the ocean and the pool was heated and quite nice. We will come back. Brian and Debbie.

Perfect Week Away!

We had a wonderful & restful week in this beautiful beachfront condo. Exactly as described! Beds were very comfortable and the views from the balcony and main level were breathtaking. The pool was heated and enjoyed by all five of us after some time at the beach. We will miss listening to the ocean and watching the sunrises and sunsets. So close to everything you need! You can even walk to some stores and restaurants. We're looking forward to another stay when we return to Melbourne. Thank you!!!

Perfect Place

This was a perfect stay for my family. My kids loved the (perfect temperature) pool, and walking down to the beach. We had plenty of space for my family of four. The bathtub was pretty slippery, and both my kids fell and hit their heads, but I let the hosts know and they were on top of it, immediately delivering one of those suction cup grippy mats (and informing me that there was already one hidden under the sink). And they were really nice about it all too. Oh, the garage was a massive plus. Not having to park outside in Florida in July was really really really nice. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

The condo was wonderful. We loved the 10 steps to the pool and the 100 steps to the beach. Condo was spacious (family of 4) and very clean. It was the most well-equipped rental we have stayed in... simple touches of shampoo, paper towels, seasonings, etc. were great and the beds were really comfortable. Having an attached garage was a nice bonus... keeping us dry during the FL afternoon rain and keeping the car cool from the FL sun. The water on this particular spot of the beach was warm and a beautiful shade of blue, but a bit rocky and at times hard to maneuver, but we still enjoyed our time at the beach. Plenty of restaurants, activities, and stores were nearby without being overly crowded... the perfect mix. Janice was very easy to work with and helpful. We were also able to perfectly view a night-time rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the beach and it was awesome.

One hundred steps to the beach is extremely convenient, especially in the heat. Being able to see a rocket launch from the beach is such a treat, we are so happy you got to experience that while visiting Serenity By The Sea.

Nice stay

We loved how close to the pool and ocean is to this property ! I hope the balconies will be added back on, that would really add to the units. All the boarded-up buildings are an eye sore. We were aware that the balconies being removed. This unit is mostly as advertised just could use a few things and upgrades. Communication was good and quick with the few the issues we had. Things to improve: Please upgrade to beach towels, most of them were thin and small, child size. It would be nice to have a mat to step on inside of the glass door, we ended up using one of the beach towels, since we had brought a few of our own. Also, there wasn't enough towel sets(missing washcloths) Property manager did bring them over in the morning, thank you. Also, no hand towel for master bedroom sink. It would also be nice to have some extra blankets available in the bedrooms, not the throw size that is in the living room. We found the tv confusing, and wifi constantly kicked us out and we had to reconnect. We all had different phone and carriers, so it wasn't and issue with our phone, just the unit. We really did a enjoy out time and stay! Thank you!

Beautiful location

This was a great property in a great location. Access to the beach was very close and sunrise walks on the beach were amazing. The beach location was also great for watching a launch from Cape Canaveral. he pool was clean and mostly quiet. Everything felt clean and relaxing in the unit and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. We stayed here dropping off my son to Florida Tech and enjoyed a great mini vacation as well. The garage was great for those afternoon thunderstorms, but it would've been nicer if a garage door opener was provided instead of having to hop out in the pouring rain to use the keypad. I still gave the property a high rating, but I do have a warning about communication. When I arrived I opened the slider door to the pool in the dark, not realizing there was an issue, and then noticed caution tape. After I had to initiate this discussion with the manager, the glass door was shattered prior to my arrival and was not to be used. This was a huge disappointment as we had partly chosen the unit for this direct access to the pool. Another unit was offered but without a garage and we had already settled in. Unfortunately I never received any additional follow up and was disappointed that the unit was not as advertised with that condition.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à Indialantic et ce fût un séjour mémorable. Tout d’abord les photos représentent bien la réalité. La piscine est juste à coté de la porte patio de l’étage inférieur.et la plage à quelques pas . Le balcon à l’étage supérieur a un vue magnifique sur la plage. Les vagues étaient bien présentes lors de nos vacances. Nous avons pu observer des bébés tortues lors de leurs premiers pas dans la mer. De plus, le condo était très propre et Janice a été très efficace et avenante pour répondre à nos demandes. Si vous recherchez un coin tranquille pourvos vacances, vous serez comblés. Merci Janice!

Cozy place in very good location.

The condo is very good equipped. There were also many towels for pool/beach use. Beach toys and chairs also. You get your own garage with access to your condo. It is very nicely decorated, you just feel at home there. My only complain is the king bed in the parents bedroom, it's just too soft and gave us back pain. The sofas in the living room are a bit worn out and could be replaced. But I would book it again imediately anyway!

We had the best time! Perfect location and the beach is just gorgeous!!

The condo was beautiful, stocked with everything you could possibly need and it's located in the perfect area, close to everything! I love the fact there's a garage to park your car in, keeps it cool and great when coming in trying to unload and it's pouring rain! A few must-try restaurants are, Cuban Island Restaurant, Oceanside Pizza, Skewers Mediterranean Grille, Big Island Burrito and Meg O' Malley's Irish Pub in downtown Melbourne, try the bean soup for $0.18....is amazing! For all your shopping needs there's a Walmart and Winn-Dixie but the best store by far is the Melbourne Beach Market! We will most definitely be staying here again!!

Think out of the box

This is a small, retro-flashback property well maintained and right on the ocean with a wonderful beach and a lovely pool. It is tucked in between much larger hotels. Our unit had a private garage and a nice view of the ocean.These units are really condos with a downstairs living, kitchen and garage, and an upstairs bedrooms. They are not the very latest flash and fancy, but they are lovely. The kitchen had everything you could possibly think of in it. The garage had beach toys for kids, bogey boards, chairs, umbrella and everything to make the days pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our little family LOVED staying at this location. Perfect location - steps to the private beach, right by shops and food places! They had everything we could need and then some! Would highly recommend and would stay again!
