Arriving at this unit, you will appreciate parking just a few steps from the front door of your condo. Once inside the decor and amazing ocean view will surely take your breath away. Tile floors, floor to ceiling glass, upscale furnishings are just a few things that welcome you in the door. 2 King Bedrooms and a Twin bunk room and 2 full baths. There are 4 TVs and Wifi and Cable
The master bedroom and the LR have doors onto the balcony with tables, chairs and lounge chair. The third floor location puts you high enough to have privacy but still in the perfect location for the best views and to listen to the waves rolling in...

Family Fourth Fun Lighthouse Orange Beach AL

We had such a GREAT time.. We could not ask for better accommodations and the owner was wonderful checking on us more than once. The fireworks were great from the deck and this year everyone watched from that perfect spot! We loved loved loved the third floor and will be heading back next year. Thank you for perfection!

Not bad, but could be better.

The stay overall was fine. The property wasn’t the cleanest. The baby had crawled around for 5 minutes as soon as we got there and his knees and feet were black on top (no exaggeration). We used the cleaner, Oh Yuk, in the bathtub and the jets were really gross. We ended up not using the bath because it was still dirty after that. The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. We had to buy some pans to bake stuff in the over. The location was great. We could watch the big kids in the pool from the balcony. I wouldn’t mind booking again, but I would take some specific cleaning and cooking supplies.

Fantastic in every way

We stayed at this condo during a baseball tournament and had an amazing time. The entire experience was top-notch, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The parking is by far the most convenient in the building, making our stay hassle-free. The condo is impeccably designed and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were blown away by the quality and convenience. When we return, we’ll definitely try to book this place again. A—the total package was perfect!

Convenient & comfortable

This condo was perfect for us. We loved the location and found that driving 5 minutes to Orange Beach for stores and restaurants was an easy way to beat some of the traffic in Gulf Shores. The parking at the condo was the best we’ve ever had. We never had trouble finding a spot even on a holiday week. Being able to walk directly into the condo and not have to wait for an elevator was worth every penny. We enjoyed the pool and the beach access was great. Neither ever felt too crowded. I would say the condo was 100% functional for a family.

Fall Vaca

Gulf shores was great. Weather and gulf were beautiful. Only issue with the condo was it wasn’t the one pictured. It did not have the updated floors. The tile was old white and beige square tiles. Some of the furniture was the same. Beds we’re comfortable and it had everything we needed.

Had a beautiful view of the ocean and you can part your car in front of your door and it makes it easy to load and unload your car we all had a wonderful time

Family Vacay

We have stayed at a lighthouse condo for The last 10 years! This one did not disappoint!. The only thing is that the bunk room seems smaller than previous years. The bottom bunk is very squished. It wasn’t an issue because my kids just slept on my pull outs in the living room. My kids love the pools and we love the third floor location! Very relaxing vacation.. will be back soon!

Very nice

The property was very nice and well taken care of. They were updating and painting when we were there. The beach is close. The only recommendation I would say is that there needs to be some umbrellas down by the pool for older people. Our condo was beautiful !

Loved staying at this property. Convenient location, plenty of space for a larger(8) family. Our teens walked to The Hangout every night and had a great time. I recommend eating at Sea-N-Suds for oysters! We will be back!

Great location and condo

Everything was great but could use some TLC with updates and cleanliness as there was some mold in the shower, the tub was very dusty, and there was a hole in the master bedroom wall. However, owner was great at getting back to us when the door code wouldn’t work. I would stay here again.

Really nice condo. Loved 3rd floor location and view from the balcony. Easy to access. Kids enjoyed using the furnished beach toys, plus we left a few we had just purchased for others to use. Would stay there again!!

Beautiful stay away from home

Beautiful condo on the beach with plenty of sleeping space and everything you need for cooking and beach fun. Would love to return in the future. Ms. Marilyn was so nice and she provided all the info we needed for easy check-in and check out instructions.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We couldn’t have asked for a better room for our family of five. Being able to park right in front of the room was so convenient. We loved being on a lower level and still having a great view of the ocean. Our kids loved everything ,especially the pools and the beach toys available to use that were located in the condo. We highly recommend and plan on requesting this condo in the future.

We now own 4 Lighthouse units all on the 3rd floor.
Originally we owned unit 301 for our family and friends. Later, since the Lighthouse condo was so nice, well run and maintained we invested in 3other units for rental. We chose to buy all 3rd floor units because of the unique ability to park at or near the door to your unit.
We manage them ourselves. We paint, redecorate and outfit each condo before we offer them for rent and consider it imperative that each of our Lighthouse units are beautifully decorated, comfortable, fully equipped, well maintained and extremely clean for each guest.
We have multiple 5 star ratings on our original 2 units 301 and 316 that you can read for yourselves. Now that we are adding the next 2 units #311 and #313 please assume you will experience the same time in our unit that caused all the 5 star reviews on the other units. We are Premiere partners with VRBO because of our reviews and treatment of customers and requests.

Lighthouse is a prime property among Gulf Shores rental condos. We have return guests that have stayed with us for more than 10 years and they send their friends and family. It has 2 outside pools, 1 indoor heated pool and 2 spas. You ar steps from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and entertainment. The security is excellent and maintenance is second to none.
