Welcome to Lighthouse 1713—your perfect Gulf-front getaway! Enjoy breathtaking views of Gulf Coast marine life right from the private balcony of this beautifully appointed 17th-floor condo at The Lighthouse in Gulf Shores, AL. Lighthouse 1713 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom + bunk room unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers coastal comfort with an ambiance like no other.

The primary bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and direct balcony access—allowing you to enjoy refreshing Gulf breezes from the moment you wake. The guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Kids will love the bonus bunk room, their own cozy “hideout” during your stay.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals or a special vacation dinner.

The Lighthouse is ideally located just 0.5 miles from The Hangout and within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Guests of Lighthouse also enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including two beachside outdoor pools (one zero-entry), two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, sauna, a Gulf-view fitness center, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk leading straight to the sugar-white sands.

Unit was in a great location. The 17th floor was an awesome view. The elevators were quick so we didn’t wait much for them. Overall we would book this same unit next visit

The condo was very clean but the shower head in the master bathroom and the kitchen sink faucet needs replacing. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, the Lighthouse offers both at a reasonable price.

Our visit to Gulf Shores was great. The condo was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures. The bottom rack of the dishwasher had 3 broken wheels so it didn’t slide very well at all.

Great location and relaxing condo!

Fully equipped kitchen was awesome including the air fryer and coffee maker. Very comfortable condo with extra pillows and blankets. Nice amenities on property and very close to the beach. Parking was very easy. Wish they had beach towels for us to use while there and would have been nice for them to supply more essentials (more than one roll of paper towel and toilet paper). Overall very nice place to stay.

Great Location some finishing detail missing

Overall the unit fit our needs well. A few things to be aware of. If you for sure want to use the jacuzzi tub I would consider a different unit, it was missing the plug to stop water from draining. Other thing to be aware if there where places where decoir was changed and when the repainted they used glossy paint instead of matte likelike the original wall so if that would bother you be aware. That being said the outside furniture was comfy which was a pluf for us and the ubit location cant be beat so we would stay again.likenowaschanging

Great unit hard mattress

The Lighthouse property was very nice and the unit was clean and overall very comfortable. Nice furniture on the patio and in the den. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the beds. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Other than that it was great.

Beach Vacation

Location was great and well positioned to many fun places to visit. Amenities on the property (especially the pool) were also good. The condo itself was well sized for my family of five. Condo was more worn than pictures showed but was not in terrible shape. I was a little disappointed in the beds which were very squeaky. Overall we had a great experience and would visit again.

Enjoyed stay, couple of suggestions

We enjoyed the stay and only have a couple of minor suggestions. The sinks in the master bathroom need to have screens or something over the drains to prevent objects from dropping down the drains. The garbage disposal could use some good cleaning. Use something like AFFRESH to clean and eliminate the odor.

Snowbird at The Lighthouse

We stay in different condos every winter at the Lighthouse. The two bedroom ones all have the same layout which is fine. This particular condo, 1713, needs updating. The managing company, Sands of Alabama, were wonderful. They responded quickly and did what they could. No hot pad holders, barely any pans, no big pans, minimal coffee cups, dishwasher with broken bottom rack- no rollers so really inconvenient to load and unload. The company ran me over hot pad holders, some pans, and also a crockpot and air fryer, which I wanted and that was really nice. The condo needs painting, furniture worn out, tv in master doesn’t work unless you use it for Hulu, smoke detector goes off if you open the oven door. But it’s a beautiful view, balcony furniture is good, and heat and a/c seemed good.

Great Location But Lacked Cleanliness

The location is great. We were there for a multi-day music event at The Hangout, which is about a 15 minute walk. However, the condo was very dirty when I arrived and looked as if it had not been cleaned in months (thick dust on the walls, grit and grime on door handles and light switches, dirty utensils in the drawers and grit and grime on the bathroom walls and floors), and I spent 2 hours cleaning the property when I first arrived. I notified the property management and they did contact me the next day (My email was sent on Sunday morning after a late arrival on Friday night), and they sent someone over to clean. The cleaner, Alison (Supervisor) apologized profusely and cleaned all of the ares we pointed out that were unsanitary and dirty. Overall, the experience was good - but I certainly did not like the fact the the condo was so dirty when I arrived.

Lighthouse 1713

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with small appliances, utensils, cups, plates and even Tupperware. The pools were clean and loved having two pools and two hot tubs for when we needed a break from the beach. I highly recommend this condo!

Another Great Stay at the Beach

Everything was clean and as expected. We did have some issues with the fire alarm going off but it was taken care of quickly. My only wish was for more cookware. I felt it was lacking some of the cookware we needed. Other than that. It was a great place to stay.

Gulf Shore first timers

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our first time in Gulf Shores. The condo was very nice. Only things I would suggest is getting more pots and pans (nothing big enough to cook spaghetti in) and there were no oven mitts. When asked to look, found previous guest’s retainer case under sofa (would have thought cleaning crew would have found it). Beach was great and the view from condo was excellent. We would stay there again.
