It was an easy walk to the staging area of the parade. Felt safe and secure walking back after dark. The hosts responds quickly to any communication. We were pleased with location and the accuracy of the listing.

Very short walk to Bathhouse Row and all things downtown Hot Springs. Nice, clean unit with plentiful parking and low noise. Good communication with the host and easy check in/out instructions. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Hot Springs

Great location—Within walking distance to Hot Spring National Park (Bath Row and trails) and the main strip with shops and restaurants. The whole apartment is updated, very nice, and clean. Host was very responsive. Would recommend!

Could not stay. Was misrepresented access. Wheelchair couldn’t get up steps to enter door or get up to door because of steps. Told to drive up in yard.

Access was never misrepresented. We instructed you that you could pull into the back of the property and unload right by the door, and there would be one step to get into the unit. There was no claim of ADA accessibility once inside either, which is a whole list of other requirements that we didn't know you needed. You simply asked if there were steps to get inside the unit, and we answered that truthfully. I'm sorry you feel it was misrepresented and weren't able to stay.

Great location

This rental is only a few blocks from Bathhouse Row and many shops and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and new fixtures. The little office space was a nice touch, as I was visiting on business and set up my remote workspace there. It's an old house so the walls/floors are kinda thin, meaning I could hear people in other units walking around, but it wasn't too bad. The property manager was quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Cute place. The mattresses were perfect. The tub was lengthy and the showerhead was mounted high, which was great for 6 foot plus people. The location is perfect. I don't even think it took five minutes to walk to Central Avenue, which is where the bath houses, restaurants, shops are located. Just a few blocks from shops and restaurants in the other direction. The free parking garage wasn't even a five minute walk so with severe weather, we just left our car in the garage. Steven was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back sometime.

Girls Trip Perfect Location

Stayed here for a long weekend. Perfect location for walking downtown. It was great for the 2 of us. Listing was as expected. Giving 4 stars because there is an upstairs unit and I know the owners probably couldn’t help it, but the person had a dog that ran around and made it so loud. At one point it sounded like they were moving furniture. It didn’t last all night, which was good, but it would start early in the morning and was a bit annoying. Other than that, great place and the best location!

Thanks for the feedback Tonya. Definitely true that we can't fully control the guests upstairs; however, if you had messaged us to make us aware of the situation, we would've gladly at least mentioned it to them to try to help.

The location is good for down town access. There were no towels , toilet tissue , trash bags , or paper towels. I did think I misread the listing. With that being said the host was very responsive and very quick to bring the items. The towels weren’t dry yet and the other is unknown. I chalked it up to a learning curve as it is a newer listing . The bath tub/shower was not clean had hair from previous folks. Note: it wasn’t just one . The parking garage is not on the property for clarity. It’s nice enough.
