Nestled in a quiet mountainside neighborhood, our duplex is the perfect getaway for the entire family. At Emerald City, you will enjoy the serenity of nature all year round. Sit on the back deck among the aspen trees or watch snow fall below Mount Royal from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. With massive windows throughout, the bright and airy property allows for you to soak in the warmth of the Colorado sun during any season!

In the Winter - Our property is conveniently located within a 15-30 minute drive from seven world-renowned ski resorts including Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts. With easy access to the interstate, our home is the perfect hub for spending a day on the slopes of your choosing. If you prefer the leave the car at home on a powder day, the Summit Stage free bus service to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Resort picks up less than 1/2 mile away!

Additional winter activities include snow tubing, ice skating, ice fishing, dog sledding, snowmobiling and more- all within 5-25 minutes of the property.

In the Summer/Fall - Within 5-30 minutes of our home, you can access incredible hiking trails for all skill levels from family-friendly strolls to legendary 14ers. The recreational bike path allows you to explore Summit County on two wheels with paved paths around Lake Dillon, to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and more. Take a short walk or bike ride to the Lake Dillon Marina where you can spend a day lounging on the lakeshore or rent paddle boards and a pontoon boat to get out on the water. Meadow Creek Park, located only 2 blocks away, has a playground and small pond.

Our garage is stocked with lots of fun toys including scooters, skateboards, and y-flickers. Don't forget to bring your own helmets! In addition, there are plenty of outdoor folding chairs, an outdoor blanket, and seat cushions that are great to bring to a concert at Dillon Amphitheater or Red Rocks.

Enjoy the convenience of being only 1 mile from Main Street, Frisco where you will find a variety of amazing local restaurants and shops. Grocery shopping is a breeze as Whole Foods, Walmart and Safeway are less than 1/2 mile from our place. The bus stop for the free Summit Stage is two blocks away.

The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating for the whole family. Cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace and enjoy views of nature through the panoramic windows. Just off of the living area is a large attached deck, great for outdoor dining or happy hour. Taking recovery and relaxation to the next level, we just added a brand new 7 person hot tub!!

Our sparkling clean property is beautifully furnished and well stocked to provide all of the comforts that you desire in a home away from home.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. In addition to all of the kitchen basics that you could possibly think of, we have stocked some specialty items including an automatic grinding coffee maker, crockpots, pancake griddle, rice cooker and so much more! Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed together in the spacious dining area that comfortably seats up to 10.

Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom has one king size bed, en suite bathroom, and lovely mountain views from floor to ceiling windows. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and en suite bathroom.

The third sleeping area is located on the lower level. The lower level sleeps up to six guests in 2 sets of bunk beds, one full over full size and one twin over twin size, and one queen size sleeper sofa. The lower level has its own full bathroom.

There is an additional queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and full bathroom on the main level.

Extra perks include garage parking, full size washer and dryer, smart home integration for playing music via streaming or bluetooth, Smart TVs with all major movie/TV streaming apps, a variety of board games, dart board, and various outdoor toys.

There is parking for 3 vehicles ONLY. 1 garage parking space and 2 spaces in the driveway.

PETS: Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $25 per night per pet fee. Please be sure to indicate the the host if you plan on bringing your pup.
