We are 4.8 driving miles from Shipyard Park.

Our newly constructed(2021) private and cozy 400 sq ft Studio has a queen size bed, living room, large sofa, kitchenette with convection microwave, refrigerator, 55” TV, free high-spped internet and Keurig coffee maker. It has a full size bathroom with a very nice shower. It has its own separate and secure entrance, is is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from Mount Pleasant and 5 miles from Daniel Island & 526. It is less than 20 minutes to the Isle of Palms. We are 4.8 miles from Shipyard Park!

The Studio is away from the noise and conveniently close to everywhere you would want to be in Charleston!

Property information: Our neighborhood construction began in 2019 and finished in March 2021.

Coffee Equestrian camp stay

This was a great location for our stay while our daughter went to CofC equestrian camp. We drove to Shem Creek to have dinner, we went downtown to do some shopping. There was great restaurants not far away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Short stay

We stayed at this property for two nights. This property is perfect for a short stay. We enjoyed Charleston, the Boone Hall Plantation and the beach. Publix, a gas station and other stores are just a couple minutes down the road. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. I would definitely rent again. Just be aware that if you are older or have knee problems that the apartment is above a garage and you will have to walk up and down the stairs.

Another Wonderful Visit

This is my second stay in this beautiful studio, and it exceeded expectations once again. It is very clean and is exactly as described. The owners are also communicative and easy to reach if needed. I will definitely look to stay here again when I next visit Charleston.

Quick getaway

This is by far the best place we have stayed. Super clean (smelled wonderful the minute you walked in the door) and comfy (the bed is amazing). Any questions I had were answered promptly. The next time we come to visit our daughter, we will be seeing if this is available. Great location and so homey feeling. Thank you for helping make our visit to Charleston pleasant.

This was a great studio for me and my wife to stay at. Perfect size for 2 people and very clean. We were only about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and close to the highway to get in and out of Charleston. Would stay again if we come back to Charleston.

Charleston Open Credit One Tennis trip

Everything worked out really well. It was close to the Credit One Stadium, only took us about 15 minutes to get there. This place was just what we needed for breakfast and returning to after watching tennis all day. Super clean!

I came to the Charleston area for my goddaughter’s gender reveal party and came across this studio on VRBO. The property was exactly as described and beautiful. The owners left personal touches and made the place welcoming. I will definitely keep this studio in mind for future visits.

I loved staying here so much! This place was in a very cute neighborhood and was so clean. The second you walk in through the door you feel so welcomed. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into making the place feel like a second home for you while on your trip . The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and they were very nice to us.
