Visit To The Villa

Come and enjoy its swimming pool, large terrace and barbecue area, overlooked by magnificent palm trees.
A shared and relaxation space ideal for your family moments or time with friends.
On the ground floor, discover a large, bright and welcoming living area, carefully decorated around a marine theme.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is furnished and fully equipped, both in household appliances and small equipment.
On the first floor, you will find 2 magnificent bedrooms, one of which opens onto a covered outdoor balcony, equipped with King and Queen size beds.
On the landing, a second living area equipped with a television and a lounge.
On the second floor, you will find 3 other bedrooms equipped with double beds and comfortable bedding.
Also a mezzanine play area designed for children.
For your comfort, the villa finally offers 2 beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as 2 separate toilets.
Regarding parking, you can park 2 to 3 vehicles in the inner courtyard. Near the villa, there are also free public parking spaces.

Villa Location

La Kaz d'Abord is located in the heart of Terre Sainte, the fishermen's district in the South, just a stone's throw from the city centre of Saint-Pierre.
Alongside the Rivière d'Abord and close to the seafront, many years ago, fishermen used to store their traditional boats here.
Very close to the jetty, discover a small white sandy beach that is rarely crowded, which offers a good alternative to the main beach of Saint-Pierre.
Numerous shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
An idyllic geographical location, perfect as an anchor point for exploring the South of the island.

Before Validating Your Booking

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (prm).
Please also note that the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
Any organization of parties, guest receptions or events is strictly prohibited.
Professional photo reports and video shoots are possible only under conditions.

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, retentions will automatically apply to the deposit.
