**This property includes 2 FREE beach loungers & umbrella (March 15 - October 15), located directly behind the complex on the beach!**

If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Full beds in the other. The living room also features a pullout sofa for additional guests. Both bedrooms and the living room have newer Smart TVs and cable. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Our stay was very pleasant and the location was very quaint. The beach was never over crowded. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. I will say when we checked in, it was very hot and the curtains were closed. Everything eventually cooled down with some assistance from oscillating fans that were there but it took a while. My son and I went and played golf at Bay Pointe which was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again!!

Beautiful view in all the rooms! Very clean, laid out perfectly. Both bedrooms have ocean views. New McGuires almost across the street you can have great food and walk is easy. Beach service is great! Easy walk to beach. Elevator was so fast even though we walked stairs a lot. Stores are close by. The only thing they need is to get rid of popcorn ceilings since they already need some work on them. That was it though. Very quiet also. Sunset views are great. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walked in and immediately smelled a clean smell. Certainly the cleanest unit I have ever stayed at. The floor plan is fantastic...a short entry, then the space opens left to right and every room has the ocean view. Total privacy between bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, towels and washcloths were clean and white...may have been new. Beach service was great...Johnny was top notch. He checked on us regularly through the day and was happy to adjust our umbrellas as needed. We enjoyed the quieter experience being on the west end of Pajama City Beach, the beach was deep, lots of room. Big TVs in every room. We loved it all. Only thing that should be corrected is there was only 1 hairdryer in the unit, really should be one in each bathroom. Fortunately my daughter lets her curly hair air dry, so I had use of the dryer and we didn’t have to share. We would love to stay here again.

Spring Break Vacation 2024

The property is in a great location. Beautiful views of the beach. The beach was the positive side of our entire vacation!!! We were disappointed that construction was going on 2 floors above us and we weren’t informed of the renovations at the time of booking our stay. We had to endure majority of our stay being awaken at 8:00 am with loud bamming noises. When I called Steve the manager, he stated he’ll check on the situation and he’ll get back with us. I had to call him a second time and he stated that he’ll definitely get back with me, but he never did. The construction really put a damper on the relaxation side of our vacation getaway.

Beautiful condo. Unfortunately there was food under the couch when we arrived and ants in the second bedroom. Master bath appeared to have mold on ceiling in shower and peeling in spots. We love the location of the property and check in was easy. Carpet wasn’t great but that’s typical for a beach property with sand.

Great place

We loved our stay here. We spent most of our time out on the balcony where the beach view is amazing. Easy beach and pool access. The kitchen is well stocked. All the appliances worked as expected. The pull out bed in the couch was rather uncomfortable for an adult, but the kids didn’t seem to mind.

Loved this place

We loved this place. It was past Pier Park where it was not as crowded but close enough to everything that we could get around easily. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and doors and the layout of the condo. We like this much better than the high rise condos. It was the perfect place.

We will stay again, but….

We loved this property! The location to the water, hearing the waves in the evening/morning, the beach chairs and umbrella’s, the size of the condo, the kitchen, all amazing! Oh, and the bed in the master bedroom was SO COMFORTABLE!!! Because of all these things, we will definitely be staying again. Just a couple of things though, the unit needs some maintenance. The ceiling is peeling in multiple places and the grout in the bathrooms need some love. But the thing that needs fixed ASAP, is the carpet in the master bath is majorly frayed and exposing the tack strip, which we stepped on multiple times a day and even cut my husbands foot at one point. Even with that being said though, we will absolutely be back and stay at this property again. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Seachase Beachfront W201. The location could not be beat. It is close to many local restaurants, attractions,and shopping. We enjoyed Pier Park, Pompano Joe's, Sharky's, The Craft Bar, Shades, and Salty Sue's just to name a few. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. There were beach chairs, beach and pool toys also to use if needed. The balcony had plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and furniture. The only thing I can mention to improve would be some minor paint touch-ups in a couple areas and the addition of some hooks on the bathroom/bedroom doors for towels, clothes, etc. We were also informed that the windows in all the units are to eventually be replaced which will be nice when that is upgraded. We are very happy with the unit and would highly recommend it to friends and relatives. We absolutely loved our stay and most importantly the amazing view of the beautiful beach, waves, and breathtaking sunsets! Thank you!
