Ocean view, three bedroom, two bath condo in Mexico Beach.

Located at The Club in Mexico Beach, this is a completely renovated 3/2, 1500 sf condo. We are right across the street from the beach with a beautiful ocean view and about a minute walk to the sand! Bedrooms include 1 king and 2 queen beds. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The unit has a washer, dryer and dishwasher and we include complimentary laundry and dishwasher pods to get you started, along with some toiletries. We have 4 comfortable adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the balcony overlooking the ocean. Enjoy local dining or prepare your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill out in the common area while enjoying the outdoors at the picnic tables. Kitchen items include a coffee grinder and a 12 cup coffee maker. The complex has a pool and hot tub.

Beautiful property! Such close proximity to the beach. Lisa is amazing! We have already decided we would like to stay there again! As my 4 year old granddaughter said...."I want to come back to the "girl beach" ....might I add this was a girls only trip and her first time at the beach. We had such a wonderful time.....Thanks Lisa!

Family vacation

This condo was perfect! It was clean and in a great location. The walk to the beach was across a road but was simple because the walkway to the beach was right in front of the condo. Lisa was great to communicate with and prompt to respond. The kitchen was fully supplied and the view was perfect!

Great stay!

Great location, easy to get to, and very enjoyable. We loved how close the beach was- just a very short walk across the street and you’re in the sand. Hosts were great with communication and very kind! We were able to check in early which was very appreciated. Overall a great place to stay.

Dix beach vacay

It was a lovely condo with good view of beach! Loved sitting on deck to drink our coffee and evening s to wind down! Our grandchildren loved the stay! Fun times at beach, digging in sand, paddleboarding and riding waves. Surf fishing was fun too! We love Mexico Beach!

Great Location with a great view

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, well furnished and clean with a beautiful view. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach, but it was never difficult at all to do. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Trip cut short because of hurricane. Host was unbelievably helpful. Response was always immediate. She even got us a refund for the day we missed because we had to evacuate. Beautiful and spacious place, outstanding location.

Family Vacation

The property was amazing! My wife and her niece kept raving about how nice the kitchen and island were. My wife wants a kitchen like that with a large island. The purpose of the trip was to spend time with family and reconnect. It went very well.

Beautiful beach view condo

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated and you can’t beat the view. It was super convenient to restaurants ( we loved Killer Seafood) and you can walk there! The beach was quiet and peaceful with gorgeous white sands. My kids loved how convenient a min walk across the street to the beach! The hot tub and pool were nice when you wanted a break from the beach. We will definitely be coming back! We really enjoyed Mexico Beach, it was so relaxing without the crowds, and wonderful food!

Quick, Last minute getaway

This condo was perfect, affordable and convenient for our last minute getaway. We asked if the unit was available for early check-in since we would be arriving in the area much earlier than 4 PM. Fortunately, the unit had already been cleaned and we were granted early check in. This was a huge bonus for us to make the most of our great, albeit short trip!

Pictures don’t do it justice!!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this condo. Everything is brand new inside and it is beautifully decorated. It is beach front AND there is a great pool on the second floor. There are a few things that I would love to be added to the condo, like a hairdryer, because I didn’t pack one. Also, measuring spoons, scissors, pizza slicer and a wine opener would be good! There are several restaurants close by that are really good and the taco truck was within walking distance. The water was dirty and it rained all week but this condo was the highlight of the trip! We still enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Beach Trip!

This condo is beautiful and the location is great! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Only a few steps to the walkway to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental! A few things people may like to know that I think are important when choosing a place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of space to relax. The kitchen and kitchen island are spacious with plenty of space not to mention the large dining table. TVs in every room. Washer and dryer came in handy. Make sure you check out the Piggly Wiggly in St Joe. We enjoyed getting seafood from shell shack. They will steam it with flavors you choose. The restaurants are busy so I suggest you go early. Very nice and relaxing vacation. We will definitely go back and hope Lisa’s fabulous condo is available for our next trip to Mex Beach!

Great Fall Break Getaway

Overall, a great experience and would recommend this condo. The home is spacious and comfortable. Host checked on a possible problem with a sink and wanted to be sure it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Using the VRBO app to communicate rather than a text was a bit more complicated but every attempt was made to be sure we were satisfied. A couple of suggestions: more plates and better utensils. We had friends over and had fewer plates than people. A utensil fell apart while in use. Also, unclear about garbage removal as we didn’t find a trash shoot or bins for trash. Found it somewhat odd that we should have printed the parking pass to bring with us. Small things that didn’t hamper the overall experience. Location is great with quick access to the beach. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
