Brand new 3BR/2Bath condo with rooftop pool/hot tub on very quiet beach

Completely remodeled luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo. Welcome to The Due Unit 3B in Mexico Beach, Florida. Enjoy panoramic Gulf of Mexico views right from the balcony. There is a private door from the master to the balcony. Master features king sized bed, oversized bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with a twin over full bunk bed and closet. Every room has its own flat screen TV. WiFi included. Gated access to the rooftop pool and hot tub where you can relax, swim, or grill out. Our condo has private beach access, covered parking spot, and less than an hour away from Panama City Beach and all of their attractions. If PCB is too loud for you, you'll love your stay in Mexico Beach where it's quiet, laid back, not crowded, and everyone is friendly.

The view was awesome. Condo was well-appointed and communication with the owner was great. The only challenge was there was no beach service for chairs/umbrellas, but a quick trip to Dollar General just 3 miles east fixed that. There was a lot of dead fish on the beach as MB had a red tide. Comfortable condo, great place to vacation as it was quiet town. We'll be back and hope to rent the same condo!

Had a great time at this location

A wonderful view of the beach from the unit. From the master bedroom the beach can be seen from the bed, so you can wake up with a gorgeous view. The sunsets were spectacular from the balcony.

The condo was clean with beautiful views. We didn’t have the code to the door when we arrived, but received it after messaging the property owner. The elevator broke during our stay, but that is no fault of the owner. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.

check in was a bummer due to the elevated not working and the door code not working. The host and property manager was very prompt and helpful. After finally getting in the unit it was a very pleasant stay. The love bugs were very bad first day or two, not due to unit but due to nature.

Absolutely Gorgeous

This place is amazing. We had some rainy weather one day but the views from the master bedroom and living room are stunning so we still feel like we were able to enjoy the beach. Can’t wait to return.

If you're looking for breathtaking views and a laid-back beach vibe, this is your spot! The condo is gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures. The bed was comfy (you never know what you'll get in a condo, but this bed was good!), and the furniture was nice and comfortable. It was nice that beach chairs were provided, and communication with the owner was fantastic! I only have 1 comment, but didn't take off any stars. And the elevator didn't work for our entire trip. That was a bummer, lugging our bags and groceries up 3 flights of stairs, but it wasn't anyone's fault, just bad timing. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Great condo, greater location! Nice to get away from city life and enjoy peace & quiet! Dolphins playing off the coast gave us quite a show! It really was everything we needed.

Beautiful everything we needed beach and sunsets every day!

Loved our stay the views are amazing and not crowded at all , lots of food trucks close by plus fun towns to visit within an hour each way if you want to explore, the balcony was so great to have , when it was windy down at the beach you could still sit there with no wind . Highly recommend this place!

The condo was fantastic! Beach views were awesome and the condo was very clean! Had everything we needed! The owner made process super easy and always answered my questions quickly! Would highly recommend staying for your vacation!

Perfect vacation

The condo was amazing. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach locker was super convenient so we didn’t have to drag Sandy chairs and umbrellas to the condo every day. Plenty of covered parking was also a plus. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!!

Loved our stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing winter vacation. The condo is beautiful, professionally decorated, immaculate and very comfortable. Absolutely amazing view of the ocean, steps to the white sand beach and stunning unobstructed sunset views from walls of windows. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful getaway

We spent a night at the property on our way to Disney World, so it was a perfect "calm" of peace and serenity before the "storm" of Disney excitement and crowds. Property was beautiful, clean, with nice supply of towels, well-equipped kitchen, easy keypad access to the condo and roof top pool and a hot tub; convenient proximity to Port St. Joe with great restaurant and a bit of shopping. Would definitely consider coming back for a longer stay!

Great condo & location, but…

Overall, great place & location. If you want lots of things to do, go to Panama City. Mexico Brach is very quiet & laid back. We’ve been here 3-4X before & we like the quiet. This condo is well done & had great direct view of Gulf. Suggestions to improve - grab bars in both baths/showers; Better coffee maker (carafe leaks); directions on using TV’s (bedroom TV’s only get streaming services). All-in-all, we’d definitely stay here again. If you want a nice restaurant, you’ll have to go to Port St. Joe or PCB as Mexico Beach hasn’t fully recovered from hurricane Michael, so mostly food trucks.
