A204 is a prime Royal Oceanfront unit with gorgeous ocean views from every window. Sleep to the sounds of the waves right out your bedroom window. Prepare meals in the state of the art kitchen, featuring a large Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cooktop, GE Profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, granite countertops and African mahogany cabinets. Relax in the comfortable living room while watching a magnificent Kauai sunrise every morning You can dine inside or outside on your lanai and whale watch in season. You will sleep on luxurious new beds and we provide 100% cotton linens, as well as 100% cotton towels and bathmats.

Guests have access to the Waipouli Resort pool and gym. The pool has a lazy river and a slide -- super fun for kids, adults, and families!

The Waipouli Beach Resort is centrally located and within walking distance from Safeway, one of the best farmers market on the island, our quaint Kapaa town with stores for local products and clothing, restaurants, food trucks and more. You you have easy access equally between the north shore and south shore, are very near the main town of Lihue, where there is a Costco (and lots of stores for you to stock up).

Kauai is a magical, stunning island. Go out and explore her majesty as much as you can, eat great local food, experience food trucks to fine dining. Take it easy on stunning beaches or try a surfing lesson. Hike, bike, walk, breathe some of the freshest air anywhere. Then return to your home away from home at the condo and enjoy!

The host was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and detailed from checking in, during our stay and checking out. They answered almost immediately whenever we needed. Wd had no problems during our stay. We’ve stayed here several times in different units and we keep coming back.

Loved Waipouli Resort!

The property and the unit are incredible - the unit was better than depicted in the photos, and the grounds of the Resort are beautiful. The view of the ocean from the unit and patio are second to none!

Great Stay

Condo was very nice and very clean. Centrally located to go just about anywhere in Kauai and to get groceries across the street. Lisa was very attentive and quick to answer any and all questions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Setting

It would be difficult to find a better location and condominium to watch the sunrise and ocean. About 50 yards to the waters edge!

Highly recommend

This place was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat! It is literally right on the ocean. The east side is centrally located to get to all parts of the island. One word of caution, if you do plan on going south a lot, the traffic can be quite bad. The view and the space was worth it though. The pool was very nice. The unit had everything you would need. Close to shopping and dining. Very clean. I felt right at home. Hope to able to visit again one day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to this beautiful Island. We had no idea where to stay and elected to be centrally located, which would be the east shore or where this property is located. This property was great for that reason and far exceeded our expectations in all other ways. Upon entering the property, we both noted how clean it looked and smelled. Then there was the view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves. Followed by a well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, comfortable beds, and even laundry soap and bottled water. The added touches and amenities were over the top. Communication with Lisa, the property manager, was professional and friendly. She was quick to answer or address any concerns or questions we had during our stay. There were no issues with the AC or TV as mentioned in other reviews. As for the resort and pool, we went to the pool and spa on two occasions. There are three spas, one being for adults only. Our only gripe is parents don’t abide by this. If you want to be away from kids, the pool/spa area is not the place to be. The on site restaurant, Oasis, is GREAT. Food, drink and ambiance were wonderful. We both agreed we should have eaten there more than just once. If you want a clean luxurious ocean front property stocked with all the at-home amenities, then look no further. This place will far exceed all expectations and is absolutely perfect for a week long stay in Kauai.

This is HAWAI'I!

This is the second time I've stayed at this condo and I don't think I would stay anywhere else on Kauai. Lisa is great to deal with - prompt with any questions or concerns. The unit is everything you would want in Hawaii. No "peekaboo" ocean view here. There's nothing between you and the sea. Everyone else has to get up early to view the sunrise. You? You just open your drapes and step out onto the lanai, coffee in hand. The sounds of the waves lure you to sleep at night and bird song wakens you in the morning. The condo is very spacious with two master, en-suite bedrooms. Convenient to the elevator (but not too close). Beds EXTREMELY comfortable. Great towels. Resort has plenty of parking. On site restaurant is currently only open for dinner, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. There is a traffic signal at the entrance to the resort, so access is easy. Special note: Print out the condo info that Lisa sends you before you leave home. There are no printed instructions in the condo itself (wi-fi password, pool towels, etc). Wi-fi from our cellphone was nearly non-existent, but the condo's wi-fi was great once connected.

Wonderful Beach front place

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean front place in Kapaa! Great location, super nice, clean, well supplied, quite, fun pool, near shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We spent hours hanging out on the beach and floating in the pool! We can't wait to return.

Fair but unexceptional and overpriced stay in Waipouli.

Place was generally under supplied. Beds were comfortable and place had a nice view but otherwise poor experience. Vrbo charged many excessive fees. Inadequate kitchen equipment, dishwasher rack was broken , lighting was awful, no beach chairs or umbrella. We were locked out when the key pad locking system didn’t work and we needed to call security to get in and fix the door. Grossly overpriced for the unit’s lack of standard equipment one would expect from Hawaii. Lighting in dining room was nonexistent, could not see food at dinner time even when we moved another lamp into dining area. Only light in living area was two weak lamps. No reading lights or overhead lights jn second bedroom. Had to go into bathroom to be able to read. Should have reading lights installed in second bedroom.

Great stay

Had a wonderful time at Waipouli beach resort with our 2 little girls ages 4 and 6 as well as my 60 year old mother. Great central location on the island and wonderful views and sounds of the ocean from our unit.

Amazing Ocean View

Our family stayed here for about 10 days and I can say that the pictures don’t do it justice. We were expecting a decent view from the table on the patio but this place has an amazing ocean view from both bedrooms and the main living area. Kids loved the giant pool and water slides. 15 mins from the airport, Costco, and across the street from a strip mall with grocery store, Starbucks, and a couple restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic Property

Easy In and easy out. Great communication from the property Manager. Sweet property right on the beach with an incredible pool. Love our unit which had two master suites. Perfect for a couple couples.

A204.....Room with a view!

We planned on doing so many things during our visit, instead we opted for enjoying our fantastic room with the best view ever! Started every morning with a cup of coffee on our lanai with the perfect sunrises! Ocean breeze through out the condo, there was no need to even turn on the air conditioner! Did I mention the tote bag filled with goodies that was waiting for us when we arrived?!! We are definitely booking this exact condo next year! Ohhhh, and the Oasis restaurant, excellent food! Entertainment on Wednesday night, we could hear it perfectly from our lanai! ( P.S. The side window in the living room needs a curtain. )

The view was awesome to see sunrises. Rooms were spacious and of high quality. Very quiet for being in a resort, but the resort itself was just okay which made this rental “Good” not “Excellent”. Pool was nothing to be desired, on-site restaurant had unwelcoming staff, and beach never had any lounge chairs available. It was in a good location, close to North or south side with grocery store, restaurants and shops euthanasia walking distance! I did notice that this rental was missing some of the basic necessities I have always came across in other properties ie dish soap. Overall happy with the rental and responsiveness from the host, more disappointed in the quality of resort.

Waipouli Beach Resort A204

We love this location. This was our second time here. Kauai is wonderful and this central location makes it easy to get most anywhere on the island. I have to say, though, that the traffic through Kapa'a has gotten pretty bad. Lots of waiting on the road right outside the property. The A204 unit is a great ocean front location. Very relaxing. The condo is in good shape, although we were frustrated that the curtains were missing from one of the bedrooms. There were sheer curtains there, but you wouldn't want to change clothes in that room. Notified the property manager about it via their phone app, but never heard back from them.

Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. Great central location to explore the entire island, and good atmosphere to just relax on the beach. Not really a good swimming beach, due to the large stone structures, but in close driving distance to better swimming/snorkel beaches.
