This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with 1 new king size bed, and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

As of January 2024, this condo had some incredible updates, and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors throughout! All new accents and decor were installed giving the condo a beautiful coastal feel. All new flooring and baseboards were also installed! In the kitchen a stunning tile backsplash was installed. In the main living space, a new headboard, wall mounted nightstands, and a new sofa was placed! The owners spared no expense!

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped.

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. This kitchen features beautiful cabinetry, matching appliances, and an oversized granite countertop with a new backsplash. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the brand-new sofa and enjoy endless views of the ocean! The sofa is queen-size and converts to a bed! Guests will also enjoy the smart TV! The dining table and chairs are located in the area as well. The new king bed is located in the center of the space and there is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand-new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
