Newly finished year round beach house. Easy walk to footbridge beach, Ogunquit center, Oqunquit beach, etc. Backyard firepit, outdoor shower (in the summer), plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, tubes, toys, etc.. Pet friendly and welcome!

Absolutely charming cottage - and so close to all of the fun in Ogunquit! Great private backyard with patio that was perfect for traveling with pets! We originally booked for four days but extended our stay to one week.We had such a happy Seacoast Thanksgiving with our dogs. The cottage is wonderfully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, plus tons of thoughtful extras you didn’t even know you needed! Super close to the Beach, downtown, fabulous restaurants, and Perkins Cove. We even made the quick trip (around 15 minutes) to visit Kennebunkport! Jeff was a wonderful host and soooo easy to work with and was super accommodating. Five stars!

We loved our stay in this cozy, beautiful home! It has such a calm, beach feel and was so clean. It really has everything you would need and is minutes away from Footbridge Beach. Jeff has done a superb job in making the house feel like your home for your stay! Best part was we were able to bring our dog, which made our week even better! Can’t say enough good things about this rental and we hope to come back soon!

Check in is EASY! This house has everything we needed and more. The owners have put a lot of thought into what every age group might need and/or enjoy. This was our second summer here and hope to return.

Feels cabin-like at beach front village. Very clean and spacious My only complaint was we weren’t in walking distance to the main shopping area, but that didn’t keep us from shopping and viewing the beautiful coastline and homes. We are also seniors.Had a great time. Went to the playhouse to see “Elvis Meets the Beatles “. Excellent

Lovely home and location a must stay

Wonderful location close to town but yet gives you a private woodsy feeling. Clean has every amenity you would need. Cute, quaint house all upgraded. Tastefully decorated.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a great little house, beautifully renovated and good use of the space. We stayed for the winter to visit family so not much use of the beach, but it’s a short drive to the town and beach area.

Perfect vacation

Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Access to trolley if you don't want to walk. House is beautiful, with nice backyard. Definitely would recommend.

Lovely, comfortable space!

This lovely house was immaculate. Everything is brand new, and the open floor plan on the first level is great for socializing. There’s a great backyard with fire pit as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house!

The house was adorable and exceptionally clean! There was a nice backyard area that in the nicer weather would be lovely to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Unfortunately we only stayed one day and had to come back home for a family emergency. Hopefully we can make it back at another time 😢

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Ogunquit! The location was perfect. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The back yard was so peaceful. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had a seamless experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Loved the house! Updated and loved the beach decor. Also enjoyed the outside patio. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely coming back again. Ogunquit is such a charming town.

Absolutely amazing

This house only minutes from downtown was well appointed and amazingly clean. Everything we needed was right there and can not say enough about the private yard with fire pit and private out door shower. We will stay again in the near future.

Fabulous place!

House was wonderful - just as advertised and with a fantastic location! Kitchen was great and well stocked, backyard was fantastic for glass of wine and dinner. House was clean, and everything worked well. Two good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds. Highly recommended - really outstanding! Cannot wait to come back, as Ogunquit is awesome to visit.
