Newly finished year round beach house. Easy walk to footbridge beach, Ogunquit center, Oqunquit beach, etc. Backyard firepit, outdoor shower (in the summer), plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, tubes, toys, etc.. Pet friendly and welcome!

Absolutely charming cottage - and so close to all of the fun in Ogunquit! Great private backyard with patio that was perfect for traveling with pets! We originally booked for four days but extended our stay to one week.We had such a happy Seacoast Thanksgiving with our dogs. The cottage is wonderfully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, plus tons of thoughtful extras you didn’t even know you needed! Super close to the Beach, downtown, fabulous restaurants, and Perkins Cove. We even made the quick trip (around 15 minutes) to visit Kennebunkport! Jeff was a wonderful host and soooo easy to work with and was super accommodating. Five stars!

So unbelievably CUTE!! Stayed here with my daughter and her husband as part of my birthday trip and we loved it so much! Trees all around, great patio and very comfortable beds. Loved that it had a half bath downstairs and an outdoor shower if needed. Very quiet street and plenty of parking. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a hot tub! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Feels cabin-like at beach front village. Very clean and spacious My only complaint was we weren’t in walking distance to the main shopping area, but that didn’t keep us from shopping and viewing the beautiful coastline and homes. We are also seniors.Had a great time. Went to the playhouse to see “Elvis Meets the Beatles “. Excellent

We loved our stay in this cozy, beautiful home! It has such a calm, beach feel and was so clean. It really has everything you would need and is minutes away from Footbridge Beach. Jeff has done a superb job in making the house feel like your home for your stay! Best part was we were able to bring our dog, which made our week even better! Can’t say enough good things about this rental and we hope to come back soon!

Check in is EASY! This house has everything we needed and more. The owners have put a lot of thought into what every age group might need and/or enjoy. This was our second summer here and hope to return.

Wonderful family trip!

Our family had a wonderful vacation! House was beautiful and clean. Also loved the outdoor patio area and back yard. There are neighbors but you can’t really see them so a nice private feel. Good location. We do have a chemically sensitive individual in the family but we did NOT tell the host (the host is very kind and responsive!). She doesn’t like to make a fuss and she always brings all her own towels and linens, hand soap and dish soap, even though they are provided. Tide is the laundry detergent there which is one of the many products she is allergic to. Again, This is of no fault of the host as we didn’t tell him. This is just for other chemically sensitive individuals to note. But I wouldn’t hesitate on renting this house, it is very lovely and a great location and has everything you need. Also has boogie boards and chairs and umbrella to use at the beach which was nice. Sad it’s over!

Lovely home and location a must stay

Wonderful location close to town but yet gives you a private woodsy feeling. Clean has every amenity you would need. Cute, quaint house all upgraded. Tastefully decorated.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a great little house, beautifully renovated and good use of the space. We stayed for the winter to visit family so not much use of the beach, but it’s a short drive to the town and beach area.

Great house!

The house was adorable and exceptionally clean! There was a nice backyard area that in the nicer weather would be lovely to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Unfortunately we only stayed one day and had to come back home for a family emergency. Hopefully we can make it back at another time 😢

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Ogunquit! The location was perfect. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The back yard was so peaceful. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had a seamless experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Ogunquit!"

Près de tout. Facile d’accès.

Notre 2e séjour qui ne fut pas comme le 1er. Nous avons eu froid la nuit. Aucun chauffage aux chambres. Manque de produits pour nos soins de corps. Papier toilette, savon, …aucune couverture pour se réchauffer à mettre sur le lit. On y retournerait avec petits ameliorations

Perfect vacation

Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Access to trolley if you don't want to walk. House is beautiful, with nice backyard. Definitely would recommend.

Great Ogunquit Home Close to Footbridge Beach

We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit! We couldn’t afford a home right on the beach streets, so this location was a great compromise! It was an easy bike ride to Footbridge beach. It’s an easy walk too and helped us get some exercise. :) Great outdoor space at the house that we really enjoyed: big lawn, hammock, fire pit, and plenty of seating. 2 things that didn’t match VRBO posting: a futon was listed but wasn’t actually in the house, which was a bummer. A BONUS that wasn’t listed though (as far as I remember) was the outdoor shower! We loved it, especially after a sandy beach day! Some cons: the dishwasher barely worked. Even when we rinsed dishes well before hand, they came out dirty. No disposal in kitchen sink either. Could have used more dish towels too! Also, an animal had got into the outdoor grill which put a damper on our dinner plans. Owner came to clean it out a couple days after we contacted him about it. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend this rental!

Maine getaway

My family and I stayed in this rental June 2024. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and convenient to all locations in Ogunquit or Wells Maine. The beach was just a quick ride down the road which could be easily reached via bicycle. The house has a great setup inside and out including a smart tv and Alexa for music. The patio and yard is nice and private with a outdoor shower for after you visit the beach. Ive stayed in this area for over 20 years and this is by far one of my favorite rentals.

Just what we needed

We were in need of a last minute getaway for my birthday. We had planned to go to Vegas to see Adele, but when she postponed her March shows due to illness, we decided to go to one of our favorite places (Ogunquit) instead. We wanted a place near the beach and close to downtown, but not too close - the best of both worlds. This place was exactly what we needed! Plus, the house is dog-friendly. So we brought our dog. He loved the backyard and walks on the beach. We all felt very comfortable, right at home. The house is exactly as described. It's clean and the layout is nice. The beds are comfortable. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jeff responded to my questions quickly, which I really appreciated, especially since it was a last minute booking. We were happy with everything about this place. I have a feeling we will be back!

OGT Place

The stay was excellent, The home was very clean and well laid out for family time. The exterior property ameninties were a really nice plus for family time and privacy. A short walk to downtown makes the location perfect in that you get the ability to have quiet while being close to all the action. The property manager communication was excellent and with a nice friendly flair making it feel like we were dealing with friends. Overall a great experiece and we will be back!
