Check in was easy and Jason was very helpful. All the amenities worked and the deck had a lovely view. We were fortunate to have had great weather and did some day trips around the area. Wi Fi was great.Big thanks to Jason for his help with parking.

The property location is amazing. The amenities fit our needs perfectly. There were 3-4 restaurants/eateries with great tasting super fresh seafood (LOBSTER ROLL) within walking distance!! Make sure you are aware of town noise ordance though...Our game of UNO on the deck was too rambunctious although we appreciated the request to keep it down

Wonderful Location

Beautiful property in a wonderful location in Perkins Cove. We loved being so close to shops and restaurants and have the ocean outside the back door as well. Will definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Ogunquit. The owner was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect.

The Richters do Maine!

The cottage is adorable! Very comfortable, well equipped and the location was perfect! The only downside is that a lot of the shops & restaurants were either closed or in the process of closing for the season. I am already planning a return trip but will come earlier in the month.

A Wonderful Week

We had a fantastic time at this gorgeous home. The sunrises are fantastic, the beach access is wonderful, and the location is the best. The host was incredibly easy to deal -- very responsive and friendly. This was just the vacation we wanted in Ogunquit. We were very fortunate to spend our vacation in this beautiful home.

Perkins Cove Cottage Pleasure

We had a wonderful stay! The property and location was perfect. Enjoyed sitting on the beach watching the tide roll in & out. Took several walks on the Marginal Way up into town for shopping & restaurants. Day trips to Wells Beach, York Beach, Kennebunkport & Portland. Also got to enjoy opening night of Waitress at Ogunquit Playhouse.

We left recharged and relaxed!

We love the Cove. Have had my eye on this adorable cottage for years and finally did it! Views are beautiful. So much fun to step out our door and be near food, shops, and the Marginal Way. Everything we needed was in the house. Thank you!

Perkins Cove Gem

I have had my eye on this property for years and it was always booked! Dates opened up and I grabbed a weekend. You can not beat the location. We arrived and parked our car and walked everywhere! The unit makes terrific use of its limited space. The small kitchen functions beautifully and includes a full size fridge. There is a bathroom on this "living" level. It's tight but functional and includes a very small stand up shower. The loft upstairs is spacious and it includes a gas fireplace. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Take note, you must descend the stairs in the middle of the night if you have to go to the bathroom. The lower level has an ensuite set up. There is a deck with a table and 4 chairs. Unfortunately, we were able to sit there and use two comfy Adirondack chairs for about 3 hours. The glorious weather shifted soon after our arrival and we had a weekend of rain, wind and chilly temperatures. I love a good storm, but not a weekend of inclement weather!!! We prepared and still walked everywhere in our rain gear. We enjoyed steamed lobsters from the Footbridge Cafe and took our meals across the street to the house to consume. We walked Marginal Way, snagged a table at The Front Porch Piano bar, ate a phenomenal meal at That Place and enjoyed a dinner at Maine Catch.We cooked all our breakfasts in, which saved money! If Mother Nature had cooperated, it would have been an 11 out of 10, instead, we had to settle for a 10 out of 10!

The Perfect Get Away

Perfectly located in the heart of Perkins Cove. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. Awesome view. Location is perfect for relaxing or exploring. Looking forward to going back.

WOW ... just WOW !!

Great location with stunning views. Property was perfect and within walking distance to all our favorite places. Jason was super responsive and reached out to insure we were on track and to check if we needed anything. HIGHLY recommended !!

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful, very clean, welcoming and well decorated space. Communication with the property manager was wonderful, even notified us that the property was ready early and we were able to check in early!! Only complaint was the parking. Only one space available for parking was tough when traveling with another couple. Other than that, no complaints!!

Excellent property.

Right in Perkins Cove, walking distance to many restaurants, boat rides and Marginal Way is 5 minute walk from house. Ogunquit Village is about a 5 minute ride or about 20-25 minutes walking. Great private deck for sitting and relaxing. Excellent communication from host. We will definitely rent again if we return to Ogunquit.

Perfect Spot

This little gem, located right in the heart of Perkins Cove, was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway during the off season. We loved everything about it. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Our favorite place to eat, the Lobster Shack, was just a stone's throw away, as was the Marginal Way where we walked everyday. The views from our bedroom were breathtaking. We would definitely like to return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Before Jason's career in hospitality, Jason was a Funeral Director in Massachusetts. Jason is married and has two children - Olivia and Eli. Jason spends his winters in Palm Springs, California!
