Nuestra casa está ubicada en Carolina Place, dentro de la hermosa plantación Sea Pines. Esta casa recientemente renovada cuenta con una piscina privada con vista a una laguna. Un gran porche proyectado, (Happy Hour Central), ofrece un maravilloso lugar relajante para disfrutar de sus noches. Encontrará muchas características como pisos de nogal raspados a mano, techos altos, una chimenea, una gran pantalla plana de TV OLED de 65 ", Wifi y una gran suite principal, con vista a nuestra piscina privada. Carolina Place 840 también tiene otra fantástica piscina comunitaria 0955 / jacuzzi / sauna / baños. Sintiéndose un poco romántico, ¿qué tal un poco de amor / amor, sabes 'tenis', con cuatro canchas libres para jugar, traer un amigo o dos ... Absolutamente el mejor lugar de reunión, si tienes amigos y familiares de vacaciones contigo.

Beautiful vacay

Loved the house. Loved the private pool and the lagoon view. House was the perfect size for a family of 4 plus a dog. It definitely could accommodate more. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Joe was super friendly and helpful. Proximity to beach access wasn’t favorable but we spent hours in the private pool everyday and was the perfect escape from the extreme heat (114* real feel). Will definitely look at renting this again.

HHI 2024

The property was very nice and as described. Joe, the host, was very communicative and easy to reach. Unfortunately, we were booked for the week tropical storm Debby was due to sit over the island and drop historical amounts of rain. For our safety, we decided to leave the island after spending only one night. Joe was very accommodating and supportive of our decision to leave. I hope we can come back next year so we can have a real vacation.

Gorgeous home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home has everything you can need. Many bikes are provided to get around Sea Pines with. The neighborhood has a large pool and pickleball courts. House has a beautiful private pool overlooking a lagoon. Bike ride is 2 miles to the beach, 2.5 to Harbor TownBeds are very comfortable. A wonderful spot!.

5 Star Stay!

Very nice home in a small community around a lagoon. Located right next to an entrance to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve with nice walking trails for the dog. Very nice community pool with a 3 minute walk. Private home pool was perfect to cool off. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The main bedroom suite was great with views of the lagoon. Best of all there was a large screened in porch overlooking the pool and lagoon!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. Very clean too! Enjoyed the backyard pool and screened in porch every day. Would definitely stay here again! Also, enjoyed the bicycles!!!

Hilton Head Vacation

We had a great week in Hilton Head during our stay. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The neighborhood is nice and conveniently located. We enjoyed the nature preserve, bike trails and beach on the property. The private heated pool was a definite perk. The owner is very responsive and called before our trip to answer any questions. We would recommend this property to others going to Hilton Head.

Wonderful house

This was a great house that was well stocked with everything that you could need. They thought of all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. There were even bicycles in the garage that were really fun to use. The location in the Sea Pines neighborhood is convenient to everything.

Hilton Head treasure

Great location. We loved having our own pool and access to tennis courts. Location was easily accessible. Not real convenient for beach though.

Great house in sea pines

Joe was great to rent from and our family had a really nice week in Hilton Head. The house was comfortable, kitchen super well stocked, all was very clean, and we enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. It is a bit far from the beach and harbor town, which we knew but may want to stay closer to the beach next time. The bikes are not in good shape and I would have rented newer ones if I had known. Master bedroom bed is foam and soft - not great for me but that’s just personal preference. Joe sent us info in advance, including our pass to get into sea pines and all entry info. We did see an alligator in the pond behind the house but it didn’t bother us or come up on the lawn by the pool. Overall, great time and great house.

Our New Happy Place

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute and beautifully decorated house. The house set up was very clean and inviting with everything you could want for your stay at the beach. We loved having the pool in the backyard, in fact my favorite thing was seeing the alligator out in the pond every morning when I had my tea on the deck by the pool. Having access to all the bikes in the garage was a big help as our favorite thing to do is riding to the beach and back on the bikes. This saved me from renting 6 bikes and trailers. I really appreciated the opportunity to vacation with our dogs. The location is great and we can’t wait to enjoy another holiday at the beach in this wonderful beach house. The host (Joe) was so accommodating and helpful throughout our entire rental process. This was the nicest home we have stayed in over the past 30 years. Thank you and your family for opening up your home for our family to enjoy the beach life on Hilton Head Island.

Week of Relaxation

We took full advantage of the accommodations. We were in the pool daily. The kids couldn’t get enough of it as my wife and I relaxed and had some drinks on the screened in porch. We ate out every night, and the most we had to wait for a table was a half hour. Everything was about as good as we could hope for. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative. We have rented through VRBO several times, and this was easily our best experience both in terms of the place and the communication from the owner. There is no doubt we would like to go back!

We really enjoyed the house it is very well appointed and in a great location. We loved that it is next to the Forest Preserve a great place to walk even when it's hot.

Sea Pines Comfort

This property is located on a quiet lagoon within Sea Pines. This was our first vacation with our year-old dog, so we were a bit anxious about how that would go. Luckily this home was perfect for both us and our fur-baby, and we had a great time! The highlight of the home is the screened-in porch overlooking the completely fenced in swimming pool and lagoon (complete with alligator!). There was very comfortable furniture in all the rooms, including a spectacular dining room table that is perfect for a family meal. The kitchen was well-appointed with a plethora of items including serving dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Joe, the owner, was super helpful and provided great tips on restaurants and other things on the island. Also, the bikes provided with the rental were fantastic! I would highly recommend this property, we had a five-star experience!!!

Great Intro to Hilton Head

This lovely and well equipped home is filled with thoughtful amenities. Joe is super-responsive. He investigated an Internet issue for us until resolved even though it turned out to be an area outage. House is clean, pool is a nice extra and we’d go back

Great house

Very clean, screened in porch was great. Kids loved the pool overlooking the lagoon. Short drive or ride (bikes provided by owner) to the beach and short walk to restaurants. Would happily book another stay - thank you!

Great Getaway

Spacious 3 bedroom, clean house with a nice pool overlooking the lagoon. My family enjoyed the back porch, swimming, and bikes. We had a great week of family adventures and relaxing.

Perfect Seapines Getaway in Hilton Head

We are a family of 6 and just spent an absolutely amazing week at Joe’s beautiful home! The house was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. Great Wi-Fi (important with 4 teens!) and A/C, kitchen had everything we needed and new washer/dryer. We loved using the bikes to head to the beach and Harbourtown - both about an easy 12 minute bike ride away. We also loved the big pool available to Carolina Place guests. We can’t say enough good things about this home - and Joe himself was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!! Hope to come back!

Excellent private pool and screened in porch!

The house was very clean. Washer and dryer work great and are new! The pool is clean and refreshing! Relaxing nights on the screened in porch. The kitchen is stocked with nice utensils and appliances. Bathrooms were spotless and good water pressure in showers. They have hairdryers and professionally cleaned and kept towels and linens. Great air conditioning for the hot south! Bikes available for your use! Couldn’t have been happier with this rental. Excellent all around.

Just pack your golf clubs and swim wear

The property had everything you need for an activity/ beach holiday. Beach chairs, bikes, trailers and beach brollies all provided. Tennis court only 5 minutes walk away. Whilst the property had it’s own pool, which was a delight, there is a large communal one next to the tennis courts. Abundance of golf courses nearby. If booked in advance some offer online discounts plus they also undercut the website price if you call them direct. Worth doing some homework before you arrive if a golf lover. Cycling was such fun and refreshing, as no need to drive anywhere. However bring lights for the bikes as the cycle paths are not lit at night time. We used the mobile phones torches app, this worked well. Enjoy!

Perfect vacation home!

My family and I couldn't have been happier with this beautiful vacation home. It was very well kept and well stocked, especially the kitchen. The screened-in porch overlooking the pool and lagoon was a favorite gathering spot, from which we could see all kinds of wildlife. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood next to the forest preserve. It's close to everything while feeling peaceful and removed. The owner, Joe, made sure we knew he was available when we had questions. He was very friendly and provided some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities. We definitely hope to stay here again when we return to HHI.

Beautiful property. Manicured Grounds are the best is Sea Pines. Bike ride to anywhere in Sea Pines, with many short cuts... 2 pools and tennis courts, Jacuzzi etc.. Very close to hot spots. Restaurants/ Bars.
