Un castillo de arena de North Forest Beach, adecuado para una isla rey y reina y el resto de su familia. El océano está a solo dos minutos a pie de este refugio de playa con su piscina climatizada muy privada * que está cercada para una relajación aislada. Decorado con cómodos muebles costeros y electrodomésticos de última generación. Cuando no pase tiempo en la playa y junto a la piscina, toda la familia disfrutará divirtiéndose en la sala de recreación con ping-pong y bañera de hidromasaje o simplemente descansando en la brisa del mar en un porche con vista a la terraza de la piscina.

Fun in Forest Beach

House was wonderful and great location. Could walk or ride bike to Coligny plaza and area. Short driving distance to Harbor Town and Shelter Cove. Lots of room and great open concept first floor. Pool nice size and gets plenty of sun in afternoon. Short walk to beach which was wonderful with 3 children. Would recommend!!!

Family fall vacation

This trip included myself, my daughter and three grandchildren (24, 19& 16). The weather and location were perfect. The house was absolutely beautiful, had more than enough room & all the extras to make our trip easy fun. We hope to come back next fall!!!❤️

Very nice house; very clean.

I appreciate having access to garage space if needed, the ping pong table, and bicycles. Televisions in nearly each bedroom is also a plus. The large kitchen, table, and family sitting room is quite handy.

Nice Property, large and spacious. Pictures however are not a true representation of Pool and exterior. Pool and its surround needs a major painting and deck furniture in need of replacement..

Spacious and exceptionally well equipped

Beautiful house with large rooms, huge, very well equipped kitchen, and two master suites. Everything was very clean. Lower level held bikes and helmets, kayaks, table tennis, and beach gear. Steps to the beach. We had a problem with the door code upon arrival. Although after office hours, the property manager was available and solved the issue within a few minutes by phone. Very happy with their responsiveness. We enjoyed our stay.

Friends Beach Trip 2021

We had a wonderful time at this house in HHI! 1 Kingfisher was perfect for two families with 3 kiddos under 3.5. The kitchen was well- stocked (had everything we needed to prep easy meals-plenty of pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.- even had spices and salt and pepper.) The blender was old, bring your own if you are planning to make smoothies or margaritas! Open living room and large dining room table worked perfectly for our group. We were disappointed with the pool. It was a major reason we rented this house bc we just completed swimming lessons with our toddlers and wanted to continue practicing. Unfortunately, It was not cleaned upon arrival, and had a leak (which I think impacted the outdoor shower, bc that did not have any pressure.) Pool was cleaned and pool repair guys came out quickly, but we could not use afterwards bc of the chemicals used to clean it. Thankfully, the house has plenty of hoses! So we were able to hose kiddos off after beach. It was wonderful to have the bath towels and beach towels provided for us. All bedrooms and bathrooms were really comfy and clean. Highly recommend renting the beach wagons- they were super helpful traveling to and from beach...especially with the soft sand dunes. Overall, we had an unforgettable trip and would definitely rent the house again! Great time had by all!

The beds were super comf. Hot tub was perfect. Location was spot on. The pool was nice but didnt offer a whole lot of sun. The home was very clean. We had an issue with a door handle and the response to fix it was really fast, friendly and efficient. I would and will rebook without a doubt.

Great time with Friends

The property was spacious enough that all the couples could get together and still enjoy their privacy at the same time. Between the Pool, Hot Tub and Ping Pong Table there was plenty to do even on the one day it rained.

Great spot for family vacation

This was a great location. Very easy access to the beach. The house was ready at check in time and everything was clean and ready for us to start our vacation. The one problem we had during our day, the company was very responsive and took care of it the same day we contacted them. (very little pressure in outdoor shower). There was plenty of room to spread out and every room having its on private bath is a huge plus. Would stay here again!

Great location!

Home was spacious for 7 adults and conveniently located to the beach (3 min walk) and Coligny square (10 min walk). Had to make a few calls to the management office due to batteries on the automatic locks going out and the pool not being serviced prior to arrival. However they were responsive during our stay. Bikes were included which was awesome and a beach rental voucher was also included which was generous and unexpected. All the bedrooms had their own private baths which was wonderful and again convenient.

Thanksgiving at HHI

My children and grandchildren love Hilton Head at Thanksgiving. Kingfisher 1 was the perfect house for us. With 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of personal space. The large open kitchen/dining/living area was great for hanging out in the evening. There was plenty of sitting space for dining and lounging around. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd. The second refrigerator in the laundry room was a definite plus. Our only complaint is that many of the windows did not open. They were either painted shut or the crank handle was broken. The weather was perfect during our stay. It would have been nice to have had windows open rather than using the HVAC system. We love the house and would definitely rent it again.

Great Family Vacation Spot with wide open living space!

Our family loved this home during our vacation. There were 10 of us total with my 2 kids (ages 4 and 1). We loved the open living room and kitchen concept as well as the pool on the main level. If we had anything that we'd like to see improved at the property it would be the beds. All of them were pretty hard/stiff and we prefer a softer bed. Also the dishwasher was broken but they sent someone out to fix it the next day. Overall we really enjoyed the house and would definitely come back! Hopefully they will get some mattress toppers or new mattresses before then!

Great house - one of the best we've had in HHI - open floor plan, well stocked kitchen - plenty of comfortable bedding, lots of chairs and beach toys - beach towels supplied by Vacation company a huge plus. Pool was a little small and shaded. We had an easy 2 minute walk to the beach (not 25 yards, more like 100 yards), but still adjacent to beach path and easy to get all the tents and chairs to the beach. The beach path was fine for most of our crew, but the last few steps were over rough ground and irregular decking that was difficult for the grandparents. All considered, we all agreed we would definitely consider staying here again.
