Location location location

We had an enjoyable stay here. The walk ability is perfect for us- quick walk to restaurants and to Harbour Town. Lots of wildlife outside and lots of room to relax inside.

Beautiful home

House was beautiful, wildlife was very neat everyday! Dr. Ellis communicated very well with instructions and info! Would definitely stay there again in future! Lots of room and very comfortable! We loved our stay

Annual HHI Trip 2025

We did something different this year, we wanted to rent a place that we could bring our dog! This home gave us the opportunity to do that! We also took our vacation in June this year compared to July. We have been vacationing in See Pines for years! This home allowed us to enjoy the Island and Sea Pines for 2025! Nice home, nice area, nice and helpful owner! Recommend for a nice vacation in Sea Pines, Hilton Head SC

All the comforts of home

Perfect location in a quiet but convenient neighborhood in Sea Pines. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We loved sitting on the private deck and watching the family of deer that visited each day. Communication with the owner was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfection

Everything about our stay at this property, from reservation through checkout, was perfect. Dr. Ellis was extraordinarily responsive to our questions, from bicycles through properly configuring the televisions. The property is large and open and comfortable with every possible need covered from linens to kitchen utensils to a hammock on the patio. We highly recommend this property, The entire family (5 of us) loved our stay at this property (very peaceful and relaxing)!

Overall good experience

The owner is an excellent communicator. He was very kind and gave nice recommendations. There is a cork board in the house that has helpful info pinned to it. This is the first pet friendly stay we have utilized. The house did not smell like previous pets, & the outdoor grounds were clean, but there were some hefty stains on the carpets within the bedrooms that would make one judge the overall cleanliness of the house. I would stay in the house again because, overall, we had a good experience with our stay.

Perfect Fall Break!

My husband and I came with our 2 dogs and our 15 year old son and a friend of his. We had a king bed and they each had a queen so they were happy!! The dogs had plenty of room on the back deck to hang out and watch the deer. The kitchen was very easy to navigate and had everything we needed. The house is very open and accommodating. We had a few questions and immediately Jay was on it. He stayed in touch the entire week, even as he was dealing with a personal issue...always responsive. The neighborhood was perfect and quiet, an easy bike ride to Tower Beach or The Beach Club, walk to the farmers market at the town center or to grab a pizza and a beer at Giuseppe's (best pizza!!), and Hazel Dean's has incredible meats and fun kitchen ideas, wine tastings, etc. A stroll to Harbor Town for breakfast was great for the dogs!!! Went off Sea Pines to do the Hilton Head Distillery tour and eat at Skull Creek...both a must as well! Definitely will be coming back...

This was a great place to stay.

There was a beach, pool, shops and restaurants near by and lots of places to visit. Kept our selves busy but also relaxing. The house was clean and enjoyed the quietness. Our dogs enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard and so did we. The owner was friendly, very helpful and was only a phone call away.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Has everything you need. Host was wonderful with communication. Love the back deck, small screened in porch, 4 bikes, and piano. Highly recommend!

Great stay, felt like home

Our family really enjoyed this visit. After staying in villas in Sea Pines for many years this was our first time in a house and we loved it. Jay was great to work with - we felt like family.

Summer 2022

We had a wonderful stay! 5 weeks. Location is fantastic, easy bike rides to everything. We drove to the Trolley and then went to the beach club. This is a more residential neighborhood. 1/2 renters and 1/2 residents. Community pool is a 5 minute walk and we’ll maintained. Dr Jay was wonderful. The hot water heater went out and he had a crew at the house the next day to have it replaced. These things happen; he fixed it immediately. We’ll be back next summer.

Lovely home in Sea Pines

We made a last minute reservation with the property owner and he was great to work with. The house was just what we needed for us. We had a wonderful stay. Jay was the perfect host!

Sea Pines get away

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the natural environment and amenities. Great watching the deer in their natural habitat. Liked that it was dog friendly.The owner was accessible and assisted when needed. Only issue was the sliding door in back. House was clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose this rental again!😀

Great location

This 2 bedroom home in Greenwood Forest is perfectly positioned between HarbourTown and the beach, in a quiet setting where 5 deer visited the backyard nightly. The large dining/living room was great for our nightly dinners and Scrabble games. An added bonus was the piano, which our 8 year old delighted in! The convenience of a garage is an added bonus. Owner was VERY easy to work with.

Such a relaxing place to stay during this crazy “stay at home” pandemic! Couldn’t have asked for more. Jay is superb to communicate with and I feel like he’s become a friend throughout this process. Our stay here was during some of the initial time of this pandemic and it couldn’t have been more peaceful. The home is as described, the location even better. We loved Sea Pines, even with most of the amenities shut down due to current events. And, Jay is a joy!
