Sunny Desert Escape with Heated POOL! Near Spring Training, Stadium & Westgate

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, just 12 minutes away from spring training at Surprise Stadium (KC Royals & Texas Rangers), 10 minutes to Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, 10 mins to lots of dining and shopping. 10-20 min to Westgate, Top Golf and major freeways. 35 mins to the airport.

Beautiful setting includes private fenced in backyard with heated pebble-tec swimming pool (additional fee for heating), turf area with lounge chairs, BBQ and patio area. Stylish decor in a spacious open concept living space with vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stock, including coffee. 2 car garage for parking, office space, WiFi and 3 smart TVs. The house has everything you need from bedding to towels to pots and pans, dishes, patio furniture and much more. You will love unwinding and kicking your feet up.

For sleeping arrangements there are 3 rooms in the house plus available sleeping in the living room.
- Primary suite with a king bed and attached full bathroom.
- Private front room with a queen bed.
- Private room with 2 twin beds.
- Living room has two couches plus there is a self-blow up queen mattress available.

There are 2 full bathrooms that are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, blow dryer and toilet paper. The laundry room is available for use with a washer, dryer and laundry soap.

**Pool Heat is an additional $60 daily cost to cover natural gas expenses and must be paid prior to check-in. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at least 1 day before you arrive.

We try to maintain a very comfortable 80°-82° range. Even though the pool is heated automatically, on cold nights the pool can still drop in temperature sometimes into the 70°'s which some can consider cold.

Beautiful backyard and pool

The pool area was beautiful with a wonderful waterfall and bench. The house was very clean and comfortable and a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The owners were very helpful and made sure everything was great.

Perfect for our family

The property is just as described and shown in the pictures. It was inviting upon entry and was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family. Communication was easy and both check in and out were a breeze.The pool area was comfortable and having the heated pool was a joy for our kids. The community was well kept and easy to go on evening strolls.

Lots of space & super hosts!

Great property with lots of space indoor & out. The heated pool was so clean and refreshing, a great addition to our stay. The home had everything we needed and our hosts were super easy to get a hold of. I loved their recommendations for things to do and where to eat around the neighborhood!

Perfect place for our family!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 - very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool and all of the great board/card games. Also, the hosts provided many excellent recommendations of things to do. Communication was fantastic throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect for Spring Training!

We stayed over my son’s spring break, and it was exactly what we needed! Food was nearby, plenty of grocery stores, and the house was clean with space for all of us. We were maybe 15 minutes from spring training and about the same for restaurants. We loved having space in the morning to relax, and we enjoyed the heated pool in the afternoons.

Fun in the Sun

Went to AZ from CO to visit Mom in Sun City. Lovely open great room style home with lots of windows for natural light. Great layout. Grandkids were in the pool for hours every day. Close to Sun City, also local shopping and many restaurants for takeout. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Spring Break Success

A short drive to Surprise Stadium to watch a couple Royals Spring Training games and a heated pool that allowed for swimming during a cooler snap of weather made for a fun Spring Break. Good communication with the host and ease of check-in/out was much appreciated especially with regards to a pool function and with one ceiling fan that we couldn’t utilize due to no available remote. We loved the patio and spent enjoyable time outside in mornings and afternoons. Barking neighbor dogs a little disruptive at night but not under this owners control we know. We have stayed closer to shopping and coffee shops in the past and enjoyed the closer proximity. This house is great for families.

Beautiful home with thoughtful amenities

We stayed in this beautiful, spacious home for 3 nights to celebrate our mom/grandma's 80th birthday. The pool was warm and provided great fun for our group of kids and adults. The hosts have thought of everything: pool towels and toys, board games, wifi, and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and dining, complete with a bottle of wine to welcome us. Our stay was over Superbowl Sunday, so the large screen playing in the open floor plan was perfect. Everything was sparkling clean, organized, and well-thought-out. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent for work retreat!

Erin & Paul were amazing to work with. My company wanted to bring in some of our remote team for a 2-day training. This property fit the bill! We used the bright & sunny dining room to train for 8+ hours a day and it was perfect. The people who stayed at the home overnight raved about the comfort. The kitchen was stocked so we could have breakfast in-house every day and save money (thank you!). I recommend this property for your business AND of course pleasure trips. Can I give them six stars?

Beautiful Home!

I loved this home! I loved that this home came with all of the basics that you would need to start your vacation! They provided lots of coffee, sugar, a variety of tea bags, as well as dish washing liquid, foil, sandwich bags, and cute matching soap and lotion containers at every sink. And given that I didn't know about the hard water there, that lotion was definitely needed! The cute decor is just as it is shown in the pictures online. I didn't realize there was only one TV in the house, which was located in the living room, but that was fine since the kids and I only watch shows on our computers. My husband was a bit annoyed that he couldn't get any of the local football games on the TV since it didn't appear to have local service. The hosts were incredibly responsive to our needs including helping me to adjust the thermostat remotely and allowing us to extend our stay another night due to a red eye flight. I would definitely stay here again! While the overall house was very clean, the only downside was that some of the dishes and pots/pans weren't as clean as I would prefer. The good thing is the hosts were open to my comments and I believe they will look into replacing their older dishwasher which will solve the problem. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay again when we return.

Comfortable, clean, inviting home

The hosts were wonderful. Kept in touch to be sure we were comfortable and even left a bottle of wine and some chocolates as a welcome. House was well kept and well equipped. We were here to visit a sick parent and it was a perfect place to which to return every night. Pool was a great addition. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Erin has been a pro photographer for over 25 years and Paul has been working in residential remodeling for just as long. We enjoy new and old friends, traveling, hiking, the great outdoors, craft drinks and original food. On the weekends you can find us hanging out with our kids and friends, endlessly working on house projects and always making time for church.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Opposites attract - Arizona is about as opposite as Minnesota as you can get! We fell in love with AZ about 15 years ago when we went for a family trip. We would happily trade a pine trees for a cactus and cold snow for the hot desert any day! We love hiking the trails in the morning and then spending time in the pool with a margarita in hand in the afternoon.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to many local restaurants for a great night out. It is in the west Phoenix suburbs, close to spring training, tennis tournaments, State Farm football stadium, Mattel Adventure Park, Westgate Entertainment District, White Tank Mountains and so much more. It is about a 30 minute drive to the PHX airport, 45 minute drive to Scottsdale and a 2 hour drive to stunning Sedona. There is a very good reason that the westside of Phoenix is growing fast and we are excited to offer a place for our guest stay and experience it first hand.

We put our talents to use creating a beautiful and stylish home to share with our guests. Paul used his remodeling skills and extensive house knowledge to create a safe and well functioning spaces. He does a great job fixing anything broken or worn-out and creating a functioning smart home. Erin has a great sense of style and is a wonderful host. Together we are a dream team and have created not just a home but an experience for our guests to relax and make memories. We sure hope you enjoy our home and the sunshine as much as we do.
