This two-story home has been thoughtfully equipped and designed to provide guests with the ultimate vacation experience, where comfort and convenience have no limits. The first floor is made up of the main living space, which features a living room, family room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bathroom. The living room is spacious and offers plenty of natural light. It features two comfortable sofas and an armchair, an electric fireplace, and a large, flatscreen TV with Roku. Right off the living room is the kitchen. This space will delight the chef of the group with its gorgeous wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with its beautiful six-person table, perfect for family meals. Here you'll also find a small deck area with outdoor seating and a private washer/dryer inside a small, but convenient closet. This level also features an inviting family room with a queen futon, a desk, and a bookshelf stocked with books and children's books, and a half bathroom.

Climb up the stairs and you'll reach the second and upper level of the home, where the four bedrooms are located. Only one of the three bedrooms (the main one) comes equipped with an ensuite full bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. This room also has its own balcony with two chairs. The bedroom with the bunk bed has a small nook with a sink. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Harris Beach State Park is just a mile away from your front door and is a great place to try your favorite outdoor activities including hiking, wildlife watching, camping, fishing, and picnicking. Downtown Brookings is less than two miles away where you'll find endless restaurant options, coffee shops, convenience stores, and more! There's a botanical garden to explore, the Oregon Redwoods Trail for glimpses of these historic, giant trees, and at the Port of Brookings Harbor you can have access to public boat ramps for a day out on the water, fishing for dinner.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
