Casual Florida Beach unit has ample room for your large family or three couples. There is a perfect view of the beach and pool/hot tub from this seventh-floor unit.

The living room features a mirrored glass wall, comfortable seating, Roku TV, cable and DVD player. The dining table has seating for six and there are four additional bar stools at the quartz breakfast bar.

You will find new driftwood LDV in the bedrooms and bathrooms with tile floors in the common areas. Building exterior was renovated last year.

The recently renovated fully equipped kitchen features soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, Margaritaville machine, 12 cup coffee maker, Vitamix blender, family size Instapot air fryer, full size washer and dryer and everything you need for preparing meals after a great day at the beach.

The main bedroom offers a king size Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed with beachy decor, Roku TV with cable. Sliding glass door access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool. The master bath has a separate vanity area and a shower/bathtub combo.

The front guest bedroom features a king size bed with a coastal gulf view with separate bathroom with tub/shower and Roku TV. The third bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and Roku TV.

Queen size sleeper sofa in living area with cable and Roku TV in living room. There is also an additional queen size plug-in blow up mattress if needed in front bedroom closet.

Secured wireless Internet connection included.

Two Beach Chairs and an Umbrella are included with this rental thru the beach service on our large private beach March through October. Additional Tommy Bahama & other beach chairs/umbrella floats and beach toys are located in the condo for your use. Gas and charcoal grills are located at both pool areas for outdoor grilling. North pool is heated for winter enjoyment.

Shuffleboard, tennis and basketball access is reservable in the HOA office M-F 9am-4pm. The HOA office also has discount tickets to many of the major attractions and maps.

Mainsail is conveniently located in the Sandestin/Miramar Beach area in Walton County. Directly across Hwy 98 is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall at the intersection of Scenic 98 with a crosswalk.

Within walking distance is local favorites such as Surf Hut, Austen's Oyster Bar, Lin's Asian, Beach House. Bistrology, Outcast Seafood and chains such as Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Carrabba's, Waldo's Chicken, CVS, Winn/Dixie, Big Bad Breakfast, 5 Guys, Marco's, Waffle House, Smoothie King, and many more.

Within 2 miles to the east you have the SanDestin Resort that features Baytowne Wharf Village with entertainment. food and shopping, Grand Boulevard features upscale shopping, dining, movies and theatre. Only a mile to the east is Market Shoppes of SanDestin features fine and casual dining, shopping and Escapology.

Five miles to the west is Destin Commons with shopping, dining, movies and bowling. Just west of that is Big Kahuna water park, The Track and mini golf for for a day of fun.

5 more miles to the west is the Famous Destin Harbor, the "Luckiest Fishing Village in the World". There are many local seafood restaurants, Dolphin/Sunset cruises, fishing charters, party boats, shopping and nightly entertainment. You can rent a pontoon boat and spend the day at Crab Island. Across from the Harbor is McGuire's Irish Pub- a must visit for adults and kids alike.
