Great access to the beach and pool. Property was clean and well provisioned, especially towels. Only one issue obtaining beach umbrella and chairs. Owner communicated promptly.

Absolutely perfect!!

This condo was the perfect size for 8 moms and daughters for a senior trip. the condo is fully stocked with way more than you will ever need. Even had floaties already blown up!! Would highly recommend this condo!

Cynthia was so nice .

We highly enjoyed our stay in Cynthia's place . She has is stocked so nicely w chairs and boards You didn't need to bring or buy and toys for little kids . Floaties and rafts for the beach or pool . Balls to play w and chairs and towels to use while their . Her communication is great as well .

Great Stay in Destin!

Thanks for everything, Cynthia! We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and more! The location is excellent! Beach chairs were even provided! Cynthia was an excellent hostess and we highly recommend this property!

The beach was perfect!

I really liked the property. The condo was nice as pictured. I felt safe in mainsail with the gated entrance and the fact the property is a little hidden from the main roads. The Gulf was perfect! Crystal clear water with very calm waves. We will definitely be back to Miramar Beach!

Beach Condo stay

Condo was clean. Had a few issues. One, toilet seat in master bath was broken. Never got fixed. Master bath shower faucet broken. Maintenance fixed next day after reporting. Condo location vvery convenient to stores, shops, restaurants. Overall, thumbs up👍

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and there was a good amount of space. The condo is on the 7th floor, but there are two elevators. The view from the balcony is great. It was an easy walk to the beach and there are A LOT of types of beach equipment to use (nice beach chairs, boogie boards, inner tubes, and buckets/pails). The condo is within walking distance to the outlet mall, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, & Surf Style. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that we did not receive the check-in code until about 4:25-4:30 (instead of 4:00) and we had picked up items that needed to be refrigerated. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would rent here again.

All in all stay went very well. General cleanliness of condo needs to be better, I know we're dealing with sand, but other counter tops and surfaces need more attention -- same in bathrooms. Pool looks bigger in pictures. For the # of people we had, balcony was small. Was a little tough / confusing to keep all things in frig and cupboards separate and what we were allowed to use or not.

We provide items such as basic spices, condiments, foil, plastic wrap, beach towels, floats, laundry detergent, dishwashing, etc. so that you do not have to buy those items for a short stay. Sorry it caused any confusion. Hope to see you again next year.

1st we didn’t get code to get in building until 4:39. Rules say 4 to check in. so when I reached out to Cynthia that we had to get our tire replaced and would appreciate alittle more time after 10 to get tire fixed as they had to order it and we have a 7 month old baby we didn’t want to take to the tire place. Thinking she would have alittle Flexibly since when we checked in they just finished cleaning room at 4:39. Making our checking in later than posted time that we could. We picked a nail in our sidewall so we had to buy a new tire. Her response was we have same day checkin so you can’t we can stay on property which was very warm not good conditions. Just would have appreciated alittle compassion!

Hi Kathy, sorry you had a problem with your vehicle during your stay. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew will not enter while guests are in the unit. You were welcome to stay on property and use the pools, the beach chairs, fitness center and all other amenities. Check in is AFTER 4 pm based on the cleaning and inspection timing. Had you stayed in the unit late that would impact the next families check-in time. I hope other than your tire issue you enjoyed your visit to Mainsail.

Excellent Location

Location is excellent as it is on the beach and close to anything you would want/need to do such as restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Property manager was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for allowing us to use your place for our family vacation.

Great Condo

Cynthia did a great job with communicating with us on everything. We had a great time and loved the beach. The condo was clean and there were so many extra supplies there at the condo. I would recommend. The pictures don’t do this condo justice. Thanks for the amazing time. We made some great memories with our family.
