Family Disney trip
We liked the location but the property manager was not helpful at all and didn’t even try to help us with our problems. The fitted sheets would not fit the king bed upstairs and you would have thought I asked him for a million dollars. They would not get us sheets that fit. The washing machine would not spin out all the water so I had to hand squeeze the water out of the towels the best I could. Towels took about 5 hours to dry. No extra blankets in the unit. There were no oven mitts for the kitchen. We had to use bathroom hand towels in the kitchen. There were ants in the bathrooms that i didn’t even report because what’s the use? I will make sure when I rent again that it will not be with this property manager. Also make sure you take extra everything. Paper towels were the cheapest ever so you run out of those in your first few hours and same with the tissue paper. They provide you with one garbage bag and one packet of dishwasher detergent. Just not what I’m use too when renting through VRBO. just disappointed. Could have been so much better😞
