The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a beach volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping and dining options, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment too! Including the famous parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and much more!

Downstairs you will find the first bedroom (1) with a QueenSize bed, and the ground floor shared full bathroom Plus the Bedroom (2) with Minions Theme and Equipped with 2 FullSize Beds with led decor and Minion Abajour huge size !

Continuing through, there is an elegant dining room that seats 8, a comfortable and cozy living room perfect for relaxing, and a stunning fully-equipped modern kitchen with an isle and pantry that is beautiful for entertaining. There is also an owner's closet and laundry room by the stairs. Nearing the back of the property, there is the patio with a private pool area.

Moving on to the bedrooms, the grand Master suite (3) is nearing the back of the property, lavishly furnished with a KingSize bed and TV, walk-in-closet, and breathtaking ensuite bathroom fit with double-sinks, full bathtub, and a glass-enclosed shower.

The other two bedrooms are nearing the front of the house. The first (4) has a kids-themed Mickey and Minnie hand painted which add a great details and exquisite feeling with a Twin-over-Twin bunked Mickeys's Home Style + TwinSize Bed, and the second Bedroom (5) is an elegantly decorated Master Suite w/ QueenSize Bed and En-suite Bathrom plus toilet, Closet and Great View from Pool from property. There are also a shared Full-bathroom w two sinks and granite counter top plus glass shower and toilet along the hallways of this floor.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
