We always want our guests to have a seamless stay, which is why our maintenance team was prepared to come out the same day you checked in to fix the toilet seat and address your other notes. Because we want to respect our guests' privacy and vacation time, we honored your request to hold off on maintenance visits until after your checkout. Holly arrived at the property late at night after dark. Google maps typically takes people to the main house so we are not sure why they ended up in the alley. According to our locks, they stayed no longer than 10 minutes and didn't actually stay in the neighborhood. We have never had any crime at the property. The liquor store up the street is a very popular one with a full shopping center and really nice movie theater and arcade right across the main road to the north. It's too bad they didn't stay as people enjoy their stay there. The cottage in the back is getting new windows and a complete remodel so we do have the openings covered to protect the interior during the remodel. The "Graffiti" is actually a well spray painted exterior that we are working to preserve during the remodel.
