The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely. We really appreciated that there was no chore list for checkout.

This property was perfect for my friends and I (3 ladies in our 60's). Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts weren't in town during our visit, but made sure we had everything we needed and had someone on standby if something came up that we needed taken care of. The patio was so inviting and we spent a lot of time outside taking in the beautiful scenery.

We had a fantastic stay! This space was perfect for us and our two adult kids to hang out, rest, play games, etc. The neighborhood is very nice, and the views of Cheyenne Mountain are breathtaking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within just a short drive. Best of all, the hosts, Kat and Will, are incredibly friendly, gracious and helpful. We were blessed by our experience at their lovely home!

Easily a 10/10

I am grateful to have found this booking. The host Will and Kat were so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The neighborhood is nice & quiet and the view from the backyard is beautiful! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to move around inside & out (3 adults 2 teens). If we ever come back to Colorado, we will book here again! I recommend booking here for the best views and experience.

Friends Getaway Weekend

2 other friends and I stayed for a long weekend while participating in a local race event. The hosts and hospitality were exceptional. Not only were the facilities exactly what we needed (separate bedrooms along with common area amenities), the hosts made sure we had the resources to ensure a great stay (as an example - laundry help and use of the hose to wash our muddy shoes!). The hosts were always available to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with 3 other family members and it was perfect for us. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was convenient for all of our hiking plans. The house was very clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

The Hunt Family

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful rental property in Colorado Springs! The space was perfect for our family of four, and the breathtaking mountain views were spectacular. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The owners have thought of everything! The kitchenette was great for preparing light meals, with a large fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and all the kitchen appliances we needed. One of the highlights for us was the safety and comfort of the space. The entire lower level is locked off from the owners' private living area on the top floor, so we had complete privacy while still being close enough to get help or recommendations from the friendly owners when needed. There was a basket full of maps, recommended restaurants, attractions, and coupons set on a basket for us to choose our daily adventure. The property is tucked away in the foothills, providing peace, but still conveniently located near everything we wanted to explore, like the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo; there was never a dull moment. And if you love wildlife, you'll definitely appreciate the abundance of animals you'll see just steps from your door! We saw deer, bunnies, and wild turkeys. We also appreciated the attention to cleanliness—our hosts took extra care to make sure everything was sanitized and fresh. We didn't have to worry about doing any laundry or cleaning during our stay, which made it feel even more like a true vacation. The Wi-Fi service worked perfectly, all

Attractive, clean and well -organized house.The owners anticipated our needs, and even helped me when I had difficulty finding the house at first due to road construction. It felt like staying at a friend's home.

Outstanding Property and Location

My Wife, Son and Grandson stayed at this property while visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs and the North Pole Amusement Park above Manitou Springs. The property is in a wonderful and peaceful location and close to the Zoo. While the property has no full kitchen the owner stocks the kitchenette very well and has everything you need . Will was very helpful and proactive and ensured we had a great stay. We will definetely stay here again when back in the Colorado Springs area.

Colorado Springs Winner!

Fantastic location, accommodations, and hosts! The property was in a quiet neighborhood near the Cheyenne Mountain with fantastic views. It was convenient to all the nearby sights, making it an easy home away from home for our family of six. The property was well-appointed and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out as well as come together to hang out, playing darts and foosball. The hosts were fantastic, thinking of every detail—from providing snacks, water, and coffee to providing shopping bags and umbrellas. Communicating with Kat and Will was easy. They were friendly, shared great restaurant suggestions, and accommodated our request for a later checkout. This was a perfect choice for our family. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay here! Clean, plenty of room, stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owners were friendly and communicative. They even let us check in early and had the whole place ready for us when we arrived. Great location with gorgeous views. Felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back.

Best Place to Stay in Colorado Springs

I always read reviews before booking a rental, and I truly loved the property and owners. Dont hesitate to book this place. Its fantastic and so nice. There is plenty of space inside and out. The pictures are very accurate. All beds are comfortable. The owners provide so many extras. The big sectional sofa is great too for movies or visiting. The outdoor area is just peaceful and welcoming. The coffee bar was so appreciated before we left each day for a new adventure. Will and Kat are exceptinal hosts and such kind people . Perfect location with a view

This is a great place to stay with a great view. I was a little skeptical at first staying at the home with the owners present. They were not a bother at all and were very helpful when needed. I think my only surprise was no full kitchen but that was totally my fault for not reading the description correctly on the listing. I would definitely stay here again with my family of 4!

Symposium VRBO

The property was a good size, comfortable, a good location for us close to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Beds were comfortable, and there was ample work space on the table in the main room. There were lots of things to do, if we had time to do them. Our hosts left us bananas and other treats, which were much appreciated when the flight was quite delayed and all of the restaurants were closed when we arrived. The hosts were there to greet us, and were friendly and helpful

Amazing!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I hit a home run when I chose this property. It is in a great neighborhood with amazing views and amenities. Very close to the mountains with a beautiful skyline. Saw deer outside our front window every morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Kat and Will were very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Place and Location

Loved our stay in Colorado Springs and the 3 BR place with an amazing view. Kat/Will were great hosts with attention to detail( coffee/water/smores) . The view was amazing from the backyard with a mule deer siting daily. Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay, made better by hosts!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we booked, Kat and Will went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed some lively foosball matches and trying our hand at darts. These added a level of fun and laughter to our family time, and it was great to have these options in the house. We spent time enjoying the firepit in the back yard and making s'mores. The outdoor space was well-maintained and had great views of the mountains. We were just a short drive away from everything we wanted to explore, which made it easy to plan day trips and still return to our home away from home for a relaxing evening. The house itself was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The owners have done an excellent job in ensuring that guests have everything they need for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. In addition to the physical aspects of the rental, the communication and hospitality of the hosts were top-notch. They were readily available to answer any questions and offer suggestions for local activities and dining options. It's clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experiences. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable family getaway. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Everything it said and more- Deer roaming about

The drive in was easy and it’s a nice neighborhood near gorgeous mountains, restaurants, and parks. The couple is truly thoughtful and we are discriminating on cleanliness of places we stay. This one was no exception. It had mattress zippered covers and the bedding and carpets were clean. Bathroom is updated and the coffee and tea bar was so appreciated. They thought of parents and children. We came in October and it was the perfect time for parks and shorter lines. Stay here if you want a clean and safeVRBO with a good location. It is indeed good for families.

absolutely amazing!

the property is so nice and so well equipped that i can’t think of anything missing. it’s very comfortable, so much so that both times i’ve stayed here my group has chosen to stay at the VRBO for more time rather than go sightseeing.
