We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival
Payment Methods – All major credit cards accepted
No personal checks accepted
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for early departures
Two night minimum stay required

The room was the perfect size for a weekend getaway with a partner/spouse. The room was very clean up on arrival. The only thing the room was missing were hooks for bath towels, bathing suits, etc. Overall, our stay here was perfect

Great location, easy parking and friendly helpful staff. The room was not fully equipped with some basic amenities, ie: there were no racks or hooks or any area to hang anything and no coffee mugs. The room was clean.

Our stay was good. Their was no toilet paper on arrival. Very bright with outdoor lights . And renters next door kids were very loud at 7am

Once we rectified the lack of coffee cups and spoons, everything was fine. It was clean, the person in the office was very nice, but we just couldn't figure out why there was no place to hang anything, anywhere, not even a hook on the wall for a towel, sweatshirt, jacket 🤔

Few minor notables—

Coffee pot was dirty, — no spoon to measure ground coffee, toilet paper holder was laying on the floor, limited tiny soap for sink and shower— , condo appeared under construction, no kitchen sink, — many loose stair treads going up to the condo — Great location , super nice ppl in the office area — Chris, Karen , and the 2 Steve’s ! :) Thank you , Pam Crowley Peter Cannizzaro

Cozy room at Wells Beach

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room and property are older but well maintained. . The efficiency kitchen was a nice feature as well.

Bed uncomfortable, load obnoxious guest, outdated room

The location is pretty much all we liked about saying here. Walk to the beach was like 2min. The bed was uncomfortable. Room was outdated. There was a large party that booked a few other rooms and they we're out in courtyard the first night drinking, yelling and partying until about 1:45am you think the front desk would of said something about the noise. I told the front desk next morning and the lady at front desk said yeah they should be quiet at 10, but I leave at 9pm so 🤷‍♀️ so that night same guests startedbatb10:30pm. Drinking yelling. I called the Wells Police, who responded and shut it down. I'm all for a good time and hanging with family and friends have a few drinks but when your in an area like we were you should have a little respect for other guest. They also sat on steps going up to second floor everytime my husband and I would have to wait for them to move for us to pass. And they had beer bottles/cans lined up on steps and near front walkway. I Would NOT rebook here. If the property let's large groups gather and party be disrespectful to other guest. I'm not taking the chance again.

Will definitely be back!!

Great location! Short walk to the beach and a few very delicious eateries! A short drive to several other delicious restaurants as well! The room was comfortable and overall, it felt homey!
