Discover a spacious townhouse that's an ideal setting for both summer and winter getaways. Whether you want to hit the slopes or explore the charms of downtown Breckenridge, this location offers the perfect launchpad for your adventures. Plus, for added convenience, there's a free town shuttle right across the street.

As you step inside, you'll find a welcoming and comfortable living area with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The deck extends your living space, providing a place to enjoy the outdoors and fire up the gas grill. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the dining room offers seating for six, along with additional bar seating. Practical amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a one-car garage for your convenience.

For relaxation, guests of Chimney Ridge have seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex, which features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite awaits with a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite 5-piece bath. There's also a loft area with a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.

The lower level accommodates a queen bedroom with a TV and deck access, as well as another bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share a convenient full bath, and there's also a 3/4 bath located on the main level.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

Easy check in, great location and layout. Parking lot was clear-free of ice and snow. Garage was convenient for ski storage. Could use a couple small updates. Overall great stay!

Perfect Size and Location
200 meters from the lift and easy access to the village. This condo has plenty of room for a large family and enough beds for everyone! Easy check in and check out. Loved the stay!

GREAT CONDO--PLENTY OF SPACE, COMFORTABLE SEATING AND SLEEPING EXCEPT BUNK BED WERE A LITTLE TOO FIRM FOR US. CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. WE HAD PLENTY OF TOWELS AND BATH CLOTHS. MORE BLANKETS WOULD BE VERY NICE AND COULD USE MORE KITCHEN UTENSILS . WE HAD NO SPATULA AND COULD USE SOME SMALL MEASURING CUPS. THE BLENDER SHOULD BE UPDATED BECAUSE IT LEAKED AT BOTTOM. KITCHEN WELL STOCKED WITH PLATES , CUPS. AND BOWLS. HAD A GOOD WASHER AND DRYER AND NICE LAUNDRY ROOM/AREA. THE LOWER LEVEL WAS VERY COLD, WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME BUT THE OTHERS FROZE. COULD NOT GET THE TEMP WARM EXCEPT IN BATHROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND A BENCH OR CHAIRS IN GARAGE TO SIT AND TAKE SKIIS OFF. PARKING IS SUPER, SUPER TIGHT. IT TAKES ALOT OF MANIPULATING TO GET PARKED IN SUCH SMALL AREA. SHUTTLE IS ACROSS STREET FROM CONDO WHICH IS GREAT. LIFTS ARE A LITTLE BIT FURTHER THAN I LIKE TO WALK BUT WE DID TO SNOWFLAKE LIFT. OVERALL THIS WAS A GREAT CONDO AND AREA FOR PRICE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Not quite as depicted in photos, angles of photos made main space appear much bigger and more open. Didn’t seem that had been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Management did send cleaners to redo. Needs updating and paint. Decks unusable because dirty. Contacted property management, someone came out and just blew off deck, that doesn’t help if chairs not wiped down of layers of dirt. Some kitchen utensils not clean. Management should insure that things are clean after the amount charged for cleaning.
