Cute and Cozy farm house on 1 acre. Serene views. A Gem!

We keep an allergen free house for our cleaning crew and future renters. Please abide by our no pet and no smoking policy.

Completely remodeled cute and cozy farm house. Sleeps 4 (2 queen beds). Sleeps 6 if you want to bring an air mattress.

Only a 7 minute drive to Petoskey and all of its amenities. The best sunsets in the USA!
SkyBridge Michigan at Boyne Mountain is only a 10 mile drive.
Walloon Lake public boat launch is a 2 minute drive. There’s also a public beach area at the boat launch to swim/picnic.

Winter fun also as you may snowmobile from the farmhouse driveway to the trail system within 2 miles. Local trail maps available online and at local gas stations.

Great skiing or golf with only a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain Resort or 20 minute drive to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob Ski Hill

Quaint setting. Farm views. Wild birds during the day and cricket sounds at night. Enjoy some peace and quiet outside of the city.

The farm house sits on an acre of land. Plenty of privacy. You may see and hear wild birds, rabbits, fox and deer in the large farm fields behind our property. You may even hear coyotes in the far distance (we’ve never seen them at the house). Long driveway with plenty of parking.

All linens and towels will be provided. Fully furnished kitchen. Gas grill outdoors. Just bring your own food and drinks and fun!

High speed Internet. Streaming Roku tv with multiple channels.

Air conditioners available for use in the house in the summer.

Very nice little house for the price. We got snowed in on Veterans Day weekend, again. Easy to find but those hills in the area, especially with all that snow on a weekend. Close but not too close to downtown Petoskey.

The backyard views were incredible and peaceful! The downstairs bedroom was cozy and everything was clean. The place is nice and secluded. Just a couple things (nothing that ruined our stay) —water from fridge not working—listed streaming services for the TV was not accessible because the accounts were logged out and needed a password—the property is next to 2 trailers. It could use some trees or fencing tall enough to seclude from those two surrounding properties to improve view/aestheticsThank you so much for allowing us a wonderful stay!!

It a comfortable place with a large yard and rural setting. Modern amenities were sufficient. Close to Petoskey. Very pleased with our visit.

This property was exactly what we needed for our softball tournament. Close to town, but country setting, clean, open living and a beautiful yard with fire pit. We enjoyed all of it. Looking forward to coming back again! The owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed.

Charming Little House with Beautiful Setting - Highly Recommended!We had a wonderful stay at this delightful little house situated on a beautiful one-acre property. The backyard features a stunning alfalfa field that creates a peaceful, scenic backdrop. The quiet road in front of the house is perfect for leisurely walks or dog walking if you're traveling with pets.The house itself is well-constructed and thoughtfully laid out, making for a comfortable stay. Everything we needed was provided, though I'd suggest bringing your own spices and seasonings if you plan to do extensive cooking during your visit.Our host was extremely responsive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely love to return when we're in the area again. This property comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful surroundings.

Great stay!

We loved this cute little farmhouse! It’s so close to Petoskey and so many lakes in the area, but yet you can get out of the hubbub and relax at the beginning and end of the day. The house was exactly as listed- comfortable beds, and has a cute, homey feel. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful little home!

Had an absolutely beautiful week. A great place to come home to at the end of the day. The hosts were excellent communicators and we found everything to be in wonderful condition. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Lovely Place

Such a quaint, wonderful home on an absolutely beautiful plot of land. Nothing was more than a 10-15 minute drive away. The whole family had a great time here. Our kids had a great big yard to play in while my husband & I relaxed with our books and enjoyed the view of the setting sun. We all agreed we would love to stay there again. Only suggestion would be to add dimmer switches to the kitchen and main room lights.

Lovely cottage in the woods!

It’s an absolutely charming home! It’s small, but perfect for 2-4 people. Everything is so thoughtfully laid out and beautifully considered! Every time we pulled into the driveway it felt like coming home. The check in was easy and simple, as were all the check out procedures. Well maintained and spotless inside and out.

Quaint Little House

Traveled up north for a spring break ski trip with my daughter. The house was in good proximity to all of the resorts. Very clean, as mentioned very quaint, and was a perfect fit for our stay. Great communication from very friendly owners!
