Las Cinco Palmas is a 756 sq. ft. light filled condo nestled within the highly desirable Club Condominiums complex, formerly a playground for Hollywood. Your secluded retreat for a memorable holiday in Palm Springs. Stylish, yet intimate and with in-home comforts. Named after the five fan palms that grace our backyard, Las Cinco Palmas provides a peaceful, high design setting in which to relax, recharge and take in the gorgeous San Jacinto mountain views.

Our favorite space is the private patio with porcelain flooring that continues from the interior providing Palm Springs indoor/outdoor living. The patio is perfect for reading a book, grilling out, or taking in the unforgettable views. In the afternoon light you can see the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway as it ascends and descends the mountains. The best time on the patio is during the magic hour when the sun passes over the mountains and the entire area is saturated in magnificent California evening light.

You will also love our fully equipped and open concept kitchen which flows out into the dining space. Well equipped with KitchenAid appliances and a GE induction stove/convection oven, and a Fuego grill on the patio, Las Cinco Palmas provides all you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in, for those nights you just want to kick back and relax. Enjoy complimentary Starbucks K-pods and Numi teas while planning what you want to explore in Palm Springs and the valley or ending your day stargazing.

The bedroom provides an intimate retreat with frosted glass sliding privacy doors that separate it from the main living space. With a queen Rove Concepts bed, plush mattress and quality linens you will find rest. The en suite bath with a spa like tiled shower offers luxury bath amenities by Beekman 1802 Fresh Air.

While Las Cinco Palmas is a short drive or walk to Uptown Design District or Downtown Palm Springs, the lush green setting of Club Condominiums with heated pool and spa and meandering sidewalks past all of the unique homes in our complex is a retreat all by itself and you may find no reason to actually leave the community. Your stay includes a dedicated covered parking spot as well as close by visitor parking. In season, feel free to harvest our community's bountiful citrus or simply explore all the unique tropical and semi-tropical flora and fauna. We love the quiet and that is what Las Cinco Palmas is all about.

Cinco Palmas is Bueno! First trip to Palm Springs. We opened with the keypad as promised and found a spotless, tastefully designed modernist condo retreat. The recent remodeling left a seamless white tile floor, clean white trim and color accents from thoughtfully chosen furniture and art. The chef-worthy kitchen includes modern Ikea cabinetry with new kitchen aid fridge and high-end GE range w/ induction cooktop. Every kitchen need was covered from the top quality induction cookware to the combination of china plus unbreakable tableware and tumblers suitable for pool-side. The owners provided a well-stocked supply of dish, hand, and bath soap plus a large supply of paper goods and bath tissue - far more than typical. The new Roku TV allowed us to connect to all of our favorite shows on Netflix w/ 1 simple remote. The spacious laundry room with new, stacked washer and dryer were a welcome feature as our carry-on bags offered less than a week of wearables for our stay. Every morning, we opened the floor to ceiling glass slider to enjoy freshly brewed coffee on the private patio. The 5 palms offered shade for the patio where the view included the incredible San Jacinto Mountains. Weather is so perfect, we often left the slider open - no screens needed. The BR with ensuite offered a very comfortable memory foam queen mattress, extra linens, and a spa-quality rain-fall shower w/ strong water pressure. The entire experience was 1st class. Very highly recommended!

Palm Springs Perfect!

Perfect is the only word needed to describe our stay! Paul and Robert are amazing hosts and no detail was overlooked in setting up their home. The views are amazing, the inside and out spaces are so comfortable and the neighborhood was so relaxing. We loved how close we were to everything but a little off the main drag! Great suggestions for restaurants and activities!

Perfect stay from start to finish. Owners and Property Manager take tremendous pride in maintaining the place. Great kitchen and cleaning supplies, nice furnishings and towels, and helpful and well curated resources. Easily the best appliances of any rental we've ever stayed in!Great private patio with beautiful mountain views and lots of birds in the palm, olive, and citrus trees.Gorgeous, sunny pool and spa that we had to ourselves all week.If you want to be based in North Palm Springs and looking for a quiet place then we can't recommend Cinco Palmas enough. We'll hopefully stay there again in the future.

Paul & Robert’s quiet condo represents all that’s great about a PSP getaway: stylish & comfortable, and we always feel at home in this quiet complex. It’s close to all the action, but perfectly outside the fray. Their property manager, John, strives to make sure everything is just right & we really enjoyed our break of hiking & museums.

Couldn’t be better

Cinco Palmas is delightful in every way. The mountain view and enclosed patio are a big plus, but in addition, it is perfectly outfitted with everything you need and nothing you don’t - so it’s clean and tidy, too. It’s beautifully designed with good lighting and chic but comfortable furnishings. The pool is long enough for laps and the hot tub was great. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. I enjoy walking to Victoria Park (a hotspot for birders and a popular destination for dog walkers too) and around the residential neighborhoods. Being up north is quieter but windier, and close to great uptown restaurants. Oh, and the kitchen even had sharp knives! That might be a first.

Palm Springs Christmas/New Years Vacation

We cannot say enough great things about our experience!! Our hosts were friendly, prompt to communicate, and beyond helpful for our needs and giving great recommendations. The condo is exactly as described in their listing, so neat and decorated superbly. The mountain view from the private patio is breath taking and so serene. The condo location was perfectly located to everything and we took advantage of all the fresh citrus fruit trees growing on the property. Having the pool and spa to ourselves was an added bonus that we did not expect. Truly a UNIQUE, stylish and relaxing place to stay. We loved everything about it and hope to return in the future!!

This property was perfect for our trip to Palm Springs. The unit is in a gated community on the north side of town so it was a fantastic home base to explore not only Palm Springs but the high desert and Joshua Tree. The view from the kitchen was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay.

All You Need and More

The property is in a private gated area that is so old Hollywood hideaway and actually several stars have left their names on the doors. Paul has thought of everything you could possibly need. There’s a great outdoor area, mid century modern design with lots of glass. Views to the mountains And an incredible pool that we have had almost all to ourselves every time we’ve been there. Paul has been so accommodating to us with early arrivals when possible and John the property manager goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need in the place spotless. We now refer to it as our home away from home. You can’t go wrong. Give it a try. I promise you’ll be back.

Comfortable clean and quiet

The condo more than met our expectations during our 9 day stay. The greeter and the host provided excellent communication. Check-in process was easy. They expressed willingness to answer any question. The condo was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. And having a washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful and convenient. I also enjoyed the quietude and the security of a gated community. I would definitely book this condo again upon a return trip to Palm Springs.

A wonderful, restful vacation

Another great stay at Cinco Palmas. Everything was so clean and peaceful. Wonderful having a kitchen and laundry. Sitting on the patio, looking at the mountains was rejuvenating. It was cooler than usual but the hot tub helped! Paul was wonderful, had to call him on New Years Day re an issue we were having with TV. So lovely and patient with us. Thank you! Hope to go again.

Peaceful and perfect

What a beautiful oasis of calm and relaxation is Paul’s place! We had a long “to-do” list of sights we wanted to see and experiences we wanted to have on this visit to Palm Springs, but once we found ourselves settled into the gorgeous condo at Club Condominiums, we found we had no desire to to leave! From the fully outfitted chef’s kitchen to the luxurious community pool and spa to the gorgeous mountain views from the patio— everything was so lovely we ended up changing our plans and just decided on a vacation of rest, reading, cooking, and zoning out poolside. Communication with both host and property manager was easy, friendly, and professional. This place is a gem!

Home Away From Home

From our first contact in booking, we were impressed! We received a message and any questions we had were answered right away. A week before our trip we received messages with details regarding our arrival from the owner and also from the property manager, John. We were grateful for the early check in :) John met us and walked us through the property. In the fridge was an anniversary gift from Paul and Robert. A lovely touch! We instantly felt right at home! Very nice decor and newly remodelled. Love the style! I am a clean freak and everything was spotless! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to cook with, including good pans and sharp knives. The bed is very comfortable. Great shower and loads of towels, lots of hangers. The gated, secure property is lovely with a nice pool and spa where we met some friendly folks, but the pool wasn’t crowded and often we were the only ones using it. We used the unit’s BBQ and patio one evening too. The only points to note are that a car is recommended, as it’s a bit far from town to walk. The bedroom doesn’t have a window which we missed and space is tight around bed and bathroom doorway is narrow (might be awkward if you’re a larger frame person). This was a wonderful place with very responsive owners/manager. We felt like this was a home away from home and would love to book again next time we visit Palm Springs! Thanks Paul, Robert and John!

Bright Condo in Convenient Location

This is a great little condo in a good neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs. The place is bright and cheery, clean and well appointed with a great kitchen, mountain view patio with a gas grill, comfortable living room, and access to a shared pool and hot tub. The owner is easy to work with and the property manager met us even though we came in on a late flight. Our only quibble is the bedroom and attached bath which are both very small with no windows. That is no fault of the owner but a vestige of the mid-century architecture that prioritized public space over private. All in all we had a great stay. Thanks.

Wonderful condo

This is a very well appointed and comfortable condo. The kitchen is well supplied. Paul has included some lovely little welcoming touches such as; coffee pods, tea, and a San Pellegrino water for our first day. Local manager John met us and showed us around. The complex is quiet and the pool area is great. The private patio is a great place to enjoy some private outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can return. We would recommend it to friends. Excellent experience

Our first time using any type of vacation rental. We had excellent communication with the property owner and the property manager. The condo is very well decorated, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed other than food and drinks. There is a nice pool and hottub. It is a shared pool with the other condos, but seems under utilized. We only saw one other person using the pool. Great value compared to all of the other VRBO's that we searched. Highly reccomended.

Perfect!

Las Cincos Palmas was a perfect getaway. No attention to detail was spared. We kept commenting how clean, organized, and absolutely on point everything was. . We loved sitting on the patio, watching the mountains, listening to the birds. And the hot tub was perfect for my surgically repaired back. Our only complaint was not meeting Paul in person. We love so many aspects of our home away from home. The views of Mount San Jacinto, the neighbors, evening soaks in the community spa watching the starry skies. Also we appreciate that grocery stores, Uptown Design District and Downtown are a short 5-10 minute drive away.
