Palm Springs charmer

Highly recommend casa Lolita for your next stay in PalmSprings. Super close to everything we wanted to do, even walking distance to most of it. House was immaculate. Had an interior designer in our party and she said it was just perfect! Can’t go wrong with this stunning property.

Sweet Sixteen!

Casita Lolita was perfect for our girls weekend getaway from my daughter's 16th birthday. The location near downtown made for a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We loved the quiet neighborhood and comfortable living space!

Beautiful Property!

We spent a few wonderful days in Palm Springs at this lovely property. Great location, beautifully decorated, super comfy beds. Wish there had been LP so we could have grilled (miscommunication) and be warned - a full sized pick up will *not* fit in the garage!

We absolutely loved this place. Pictures are totally accurate, but it was somehow even better than we’d pictured. Open, spacious, wonderful appointed, and super inviting with lots of outdoor space. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Really fantastic overall! The only gripe I had was the parking is a bit laborious getting in and out (we have a mid-size SUV). But nothing really can be done about that and it didn’t harsh any moods.

Superb Stay at Casita Lola

Thank you Lauren and Avery. We just stayed 4 days on our first trip to Palm Springs. The home was well appointed and thoughtfully stocked...down to coffee beans. It was very much appreciated. The location was ideal for access to all that Palm Springs has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable to walk daily. We will be back. Mahalo Nui!

Another perfect getaway

This was our second visit at Casa Lolita. We decided this year to stay an extra night. The home is perfect in so many ways. Private, secure, clean, nicely styled and an incredible location. If you want to spend the day at the Ace Hotel, it’s just across the street. Dining at the Del Rey us a must and that is two blocks away. We did walk to downtown Palm Springs which took about 25-30 minutes but was a wonderful walk. We will be returning some day! Overall, it was just perfect!

Lived up to expectations and more!

This was our first VRBO renting experience. Any others we rent will have a hard act to follow. We were welcomed with fresh squeezed lemon juice upon check-in. We loved this place! It was more amazing than pictured: beautifully decorated, comfortable, super clean and extremely spacious. The patios were charming and private. My husband and our two poodles were so relaxed and comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely will stay at Casita Lola again. Thank you, Lauren!

Casa Lolita was just right

We enjoyed Casa Lolita. It was quiet at night and the King bed in the master was very comfortable. The heating/air was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. We liked the high ceilings; the gas fireplace and large master with nice walk in closet. We had guests a few nights and they liked the second room. We walked out little dog I. The safe neighborhood adjacent to the East. She was safe to go outside in the enclosed yard. In 2 months a few small issues arose that the owners responded too. All in all a pleasant experience.

Nice Accommodations / Not so Great Neighborhood

Casa Lolita is a nicely appointed duplex. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds are really nice. Place was very clean. Fireplace was wonderful, especially since it was cold and misty outside. Not really set up for more than 4 people unless you have kids who don't mind sleeping on couch and daybed. The Tiki bar with beer did not exist...maybe that was in the other unit, but not in ours. Two of the outlets in the kitchen did not function, so we had to move coffee maker and other items to other plugs to function. Outside space is very limited. Duplex is surrounded by motels and next to a tear down motel that has been abandoned. Location is a block off East Palm Canyon and is not too far from downtown PS and the airport. Overall a nice place, but not sure it is worth the high price.

Great Palm Springs retreat

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. It is quiet, clean and well furnished. It is roomy. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect getaway

We had the perfect time! The accommodations are so spacious. The high ceilings add to the feeling of space. Lots of natural light, safe and private patio. Perfect for us and the pugs. Ideally located being in a lovely neighborhood perfect for our daily walks with the pugs. Also spent some time poolside at the ACE hotel. Only minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Absolutely loved the security and enclosed garage! We brought our bikes and rode the Palm Springs bicycle trails. We were just a couple blocks from the main drag when we went to dinner. We also had our older pup and the enclosed gate was fabulous so we didn't worry he would get out of the house and go in the street. Everything was very user friendly, Lauren provided easy access and lots of clean towels, bedding, etc. We plan on staying every year!
