Sea Pines- South Beach! 1st Flr with a 4-minute walk to beach & Pickle Ball

Pool was renovated in 2025 and is beautiful.

Ground Floor !! This 1300 sq. ft. recently renovated villa is located next to the South m Beach Marina in the Sea Pines Resort. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground-floor unit with a large patio. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from our location!

Just a few steps into the villa, you will feel right at home with the spacious living room that has two full-size sofas, two comfortable matching swivel chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is situated perfectly with access from the living and dining room. There is also a breakfast bar with four bar stools for additional seating.​

The large master suite has a king bed with a new mattress and a private bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a queen size bed. These beds also have new mattresses. The second bathroom is across the hall and has a bathtub and shower.

The private patio has access to the living and dining areas. This tranquil setting is a great place to relax or to grill steaks & seafood on the gas grill that we have provided. There is also a storage bench filled with sand toys and a beach wagon for your enjoyment.​

With three championship golf courses, 5 miles of white sandy beaches, a 600-acre forest preserve, and an abundance of tennis and pickleball courts, and bike paths, there is something to please guests of all ages. There are also great restaurants, boutique-style shops, live entertainment, and the famed candy-striped lighthouse at the Harbor Town Yacht Basin. The Equestrian Center offers horseback riding. There is a seasonal trolley that transports guests within the Sea Pines community. If you want to venture around the island, the most popular form of transportation is a bicycle. Hilton Head Island offers a separate bike path parallel to almost all main roads.

Great place - would stay again!

This was a great condo. We often visit HHI, but this was the first time staying in South Beach area and it was our best trip yet. We rented 3 extra bikes and a bike cart from South Beach rentals and pickup and return was super easy. The condo was much more spacious than I anticipated, with plenty of places in the bedroom to unpack and store belongings. I personally don't like memory foam beds, so I found the master bed uncomfortable, but not enough so that I wouldn't stay again.

Great relaxing location

We have stayed here twice and loved it both times. Great South Beach location right across the street from the beach. We love the "exclusivity" of Hilton Head, and this villa completes it. We like that we can roll our beach cart up to the patio and still have room for our bikes and fishing gear. The owners are very attentive and are able to be reached very easily.

Thanks for the South Beach memories!!!

Our family spent over 3 decades visiting Hilton Head, always staying in the South Beach area. Since our children are now grown our visits Hilton Head have been shorter and not centered around the South Beach Properties that we loved for our family vacations. This condo location put us back in the area that holds so many dear memories that we shared with our daughters and it was the perfect place to bring along dear friends who were visiting the island for the first time. The condo was ideal ---everything worked, a great coffeemaker (as 3 of the 4 of us are coffee snobs) the ice maker produced clean ice without an odor, the the beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, the bike tires didn't need air, the beach wagon and chairs were not rusted and the condo was CLEAN!! The only fear I have in writing this review is that it will book up and we will never be able to rent it again!!!

Perfect vacation

What a great location to stay. Minute walk from the beach and Salty Dog attractions. Staying on the ground floor has so many advantages. And with all the things included with this rental (wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, grill,...), it's easy to take advantage of the land space available to you. We loved it and will keep it in mind the next time we stay on HHI!

Very pleasant and clean condo with great quality amenities

Our family of four very much enjoyed our 1-week stay at this condo. It is located just across the street from the ocean and very close to shops, restaurants, tennis courts and pickleball courts at South Beach Marina. It has great quality amenities and is well placed on the first floor with a nice patio.

Best Villa/Location at South Beach

Absolutely loved this place! The Villa was super clean and spacious with a lovely patio. The first floor was so convenient for easy access to our bikes and provided was a large chest full of beach chairs, toys, floats, wagon, and beach umbrellas. It was about a 2 minute walk to the sound and the beach wasn't even crowded during the July 4 week. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and thick cotton towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals. Lots of seating in the living room and the 2 swivel rocking chairs were a big hit. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis - the entire process was very smooth. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return soon!

Perfect location

We loved being able to walk quickly to the ocean, the salty dog, the bike path and the trolley. The patio is a great space to hang out, use the grill and store your beach items. The condo was very comfortable and clean.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in South Beach. The condo was clean and had the best stocked kitchen of any place we've rented. The ground floor was convenient to walk out the back patio and was right across the street from the beach. The location was on the end of the point and was very quiet. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed the New Year's Eve ball drop at Harbour Town Lighthouse. Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone else needing a place to stay in Hilton Head.

Superb location to EVERYTHING!

We vacation twice a year in HHI, and by far, this location (for our Fall/Thanksgiving trip) was the best. We love Bluff Villas, and being on the 1st level was a game-changer! The place was clean and nicely decorated; communication was quick, and it was easy to get in and out. 5 stars! Thank you, Dennis!

Comfortable vacation home

We enjoyed our week at the beach The condo was clean and exactly like it appears in the pics. A short walk to the beach where there are no waves but we saw jellyfish and star fish lying in the sand when the tide was out. Enjoyed watching the dolphins play as well when the tour boats were out. Enjoyed walking on the beach when the tide was out (not much space for walking at high tide) and our 3 yr old liked riding in the wagon and all the sand toys available to take to the beach. Only disappointment was intermittent internet and TV service. BR2 TV not set up. Understand BR1 TV is streaming only.

Perfection!!!

Dennis is the best host I've ever worked with and the place was impeccable. The ocean is just across the road and the beach there is fairly quiet. I'm looking forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We loved the first floor location with outdoor patio. We would definitely stay here again!! 👍🏻👍🏻

We honeymooned in Sea Pines in 1982. We have been coming to the island ever since. We fell in love with Sea Pines and South Beach. We were thrilled when we had the opportunity to purchase this villa.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Convenience! The beach can be seen from our dining room window. It is a 4-minute walk to the beach where we see dolphins almost daily! Pickle Ball courts and the salty dog restaurant (with evening entertainment) are only a 4-minute walk!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Largest 2 bedroom 2 bath villa in the complex. Patio provides comfortable seating, additional dining table, a gas grill. The gas grill is a feature only ground-floor Villas can have.
