This ground floor property is in a gated condo development across Scenic Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach. The stunning waters of the Emerald Coast are across the street, so you can dip your toes in the surf!
If you like convenience, this place is it! You can park right outside your door where the parking is assigned to the condo! Or, walk across to the beach, approximately 300 steps to the beach access and 120 steps to the community pool. The new owners have installed some nice touches you can enjoy such a new Queen Sleeper sofa, fresh paint, new SMART TV's and updated decor! Parking for one car!
Here is the breakdown:

*Living area has a Queen Sleeper sofa and a 55" TV. The sofa contains a Cozy Mattress® bed system, considered one of the most comfortable sofa beds in the world. It utilizes a unique commercial spring mechanism design, along with an 8.5” pillow-top mattress to provide a premium quality sleep experience.
*Open Floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining at the bar on four stools or a bistro table for two!
*Master has King, 55" TV and stand alone tiled shower.
*Second Bedroom has a Queen bed, 45" TV and shares the hallway bath with a tub/shower combo.
*Stay powered up! Newly installed USB-A charging port outlets are conveniently located throughout the condo for charging smartphones, tablets and other devices.

Great access to beach. Nice condo. The noise from the unit above was very clear though & there was a ton of popcorn in the sofa when we pulled out the sofa bed. Onsight pool for the times we didn't want to go to beach. Near all the restaurants. Easy check in. Completely furnished. Nice area. Nice condo.

No AC

We enjoyed the location, but we were not informed that the AC was not working so there was window units instead. There was cardboard to block the open space above the window units that was put on with painters tape. The first night it stormed and blew the cardboard out instantly and caused one of the bedrooms and couch in the living room to get wet from the rain. It was fixed the next day with more painters tape. For the price we payed to stay with out actually AC is absurd to me. Certain areas were extremely warm during the afternoons.The coffee table was also broke when we arrived. The door lock to get in the condo also only worked when it wanted too. We We love the Alerio condos but do not plan to stay again in this condo.

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. We were so lucky with amazing weather. My only downfall was how hot the pool water was but that’s out of everyone’s control. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice location

The location great and condo was nice. The water had a horrible smell, like rotten eggs, on the first day. It was so bad we had to shower someplace else and use air freshener frequently until the smell went away after turning on water in one bathroom. Water in Florida does smell different but this was much worse. Two of our neighbors did not have the same problem so it was not the entire building. Our group had 2 other large homes 3 blocks away and they did not have the same odor. I was told the odor could be "subjective" by the office staff. They did come out the next day and poured bleach in the showers and it was better but not gone. We had to continue to use bleach everyday. Hopefully they looked into the problem further after we checked out because it is a really nice place to stay.

We love staying at Alerio, but just a couple issues. Check in time on the listing was 3:00, but once we got confirmation, it changed to 4:00. Same with checkout. It said on the listing 11:00, but the confirmation was 10:00. The internet wasn’t working, and there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. There wasn’t a scrubby to wash the dishes, and there were no spices like salt, pepper, etc. I realize those things don’t have to be provided, but I’ve never stayed in a short-term rental that didn’t provide those things. The combination of all of these small inconveniences will make me choose another rental company next time.

Getaway vacation

We arrived and the code to get in was not correct. I called the number and spoke to the manager. He called me back within the hour and corrected the issue. The livingroom had 2 socks and a bunch of sand under the chair and uno cards and a half drank pop under the couch! I was surprised that this room was left this way. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced like other comments stated. Otherwise it was a great condo and location to the beach

Quick Trip

The property was lovely and very clean. It was very tasteful. We were in town to golf, so didn't go to the beach, but the path was just across the street. We arrived late at night and couldn't find the gate code anywhere in the paperwork. I perhaps overlooked something on my end. Also, I was expecting our patio to look across the road to the water based on the pictures, but it did not. It's a very nice area.

This property was beautiful inside but the description on VRBO was not entirely accurate. There were structural issues, bedding issues and gate code issues that could have been more transparent. Will not stay here again.

Nice and relaxed stay

I liked the property and the location! The check-in process was a little bit longer than expected because the door code provided was not working. I contacted the property management and they set up a new code. Inside the property everything was great - the interior was as in the pictures. I would love to have more trash bags and maybe some basic stuff as a dishwashing sponge, salt. But other than that everything was really great! .

Not my favorite but was still really nice. Splash pad was broken.

I have stayed at a number of these and another on this location. All the bedding was in the closet and just sheets were in bed. On checkin we were suppose to get a tag for our car and we didn’t have it. The location manager got us one after we got a warning for our vehicle. Only one parking spot per location and they are small. We drive a Ford 350 and was struggling to get parked. The splash pad was broken and one of the reasons we picked this location. The pool fountains were not on. Location just was as nice and kept up like it was before. Still a nice place and still loved the beach!
