This pristine 3-bedroom, 1st floor, one level condominium with wood flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances provide a sense of luxury with clean lines. The onsite pool and hot tub are steps from your front door along with outdoor grills a picnic seating. The beach is just across the street and awaits endless walks, fun beach activities and memorable adventures.

The space
The dining room table is inviting and seats six. The kitchen counter allows for casual dining and seating for five. This counter is long enough to set up a mini home office space with free WiFi. The windows and glass door to the private patio provides natural light, brightness and warmth throughout the space. Find time to snuggle up on the comfy couch or chairs with a great book or to watch a movie while others can slip outside to the patio to enjoy the fresh air under the palm trees.

A spacious master bedroom is located off the main room with a king bed and walk-in closet, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The large bathroom has a vanity with granite countertop, two sinks along with a private water closet. The glass enclosed walk-in shower allows you to wash the beach from your body while the separate deep soaking tub allows a private escape for additional relaxation.

Two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway near the entrance. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the second guest bedroom has one full bed and a twin bed. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a granite countertop, sink and step-in tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations on a queen sleeper sofa.

Security is onsite within the gated community. Parking for one vehicle is available on site, per condo. Overflow parking is located at locations nearby for a fee. For reference, the unit is on the 1st floor of a 4-story building and can be accessed via an open parking lot. Luggage carts are available near the elevator to transport your belongings. The BBQ grill is also located on the ground level across from the unit.

For your convenience, a washer/dryer is available in the unit for guest use. Wifi as well as basic travel toiletries and household amenities are provided to get you started.

Minimum age to rent is 25, approval must be granted by property owner
