This desirable 1st floor condominium is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront, two-bedroom condo is newly upgraded, designed with you in mind and is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen and Linens. Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, shuffle board, and corn hole. We have an onsite bar that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage Clearence is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage. There is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

A really good stay!

From booking to checking in and even check out- the process was really good. Staff very helpful with any needs. We brought our elderly mother and she liked the place as well. Everything we needed was right there. Food at the Salty pickle and even a convienence market beside the place. We enjoyed it very much!

Great week at the beach.

Condo is updated new kitchen, flooring, bathrooms. Comfortable for 4 people. The sofabed needs replacing and the pillows provided in the bedrooms appear to be 20+ years old. Other than that it was well worth the money!

Great view from the balcony, easy access to the room without needing the elevators. Had everything we needed (bring your own shampoo). Salty Pickle is great on the main level! Thankfully I had read reviews that mentioned how small the parking ramp was so we booked a small rental car. It was TIGHT and difficult to move even with a small car, so do not bring a big SUV or truck to this property.

Great location; perfect for what we needed.

We LOVE staying at Royal Gardens especially with “The Salty Pickle”. The location is great, the condo had everything we needed. It was only my daughter & myself this time. Only negatives were there was not a keypad on the exterior door; there is still a lock and key which is not convenient. Also, there was a mildew smell as soon as you walked in the door that smelled horrible. Otherwise, the place was very clean. We had to get an air freshener to over power the smell to be able to tolerate. Everything else was great!!

Not What We Thought

Amazing location, quiet & family friendly. The room size & layout was great but those are the only positive things. The parking garage is tiny, very difficult to park/pass through, also leaked/flooded when rain came. It’s an older place so a lot of upgrades are needed, walls repaired/painted, ceilings repaired, loose doorknobs replaced. Our unit (105) needed a very deep cleaning: outer bedding and pillows were dirty, tub in the big bathroom looked dirty so shoes were worn when showering and the shower liner had several spots of mildew, the coffee pot was dirty so we wouldn’t use it. The online listing said no pets but they were everywhere and the doormat on our balcony was covered in dog hair. There were several throw rugs down that needed to be removed, the kitchen rug was a terrible tripping hazard. We will not recommend this condo/resort to anyone or be back there to stay.

There was no cleaning supplies to clean with while we were there nor trash bags. The parking could also be improved. I did encounter one staff member who was very rude and couldn’t help me so she just walked off.

Most of the rooms are newly remodeled. The rooms and the resort grounds are clean. The staff is friendly. I haven’t had any issues at all during any of my stays. The rooms have a washer and dryer which is always convenient. There is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, and a restaurant all on site. I plan on staying here again soon!

The Stay of Toxic cat **** 815 at the Sea Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was booked thru Sea Breeze with Logan taking the reservation. Room 815. When we got there the room was overcome with an ammonia smell. Front desk closed at 4 so I found an emergency number which Logan answered. After talking to him on the phone maintenance showed up and he was at the door when he told us it was cat ****. Logan OK'd with Maintenance us being moved to 205 but we had to be out by Monday. So we actually was made to leave Monday because there was to vacancies for us. The lady at the desk was very rude, she should not be allowed near the place to work in customer service. When I went to the desk she was rude to all the other people with complaints (Mold on the shower curtain, no ice, etc.) That girl had a big mouth. I did notice the man that worked for the HOA standing there and he never said a word. With that being my complaint, I have stayed there for approx 15 years during the summer. My Sister meets me there from New Jersey and her family. We have rented 4 condo's per Summer with our family and have definitely been treated well. We have to leave to go home Monday morning, the rest of the family stayed but I will tell you the family won't be staying there anymore. What kills me the most is that Logan was so nice to help me to get reservations but was so rude in person, as far as the girl working, she was a mean person who will eventually get caught up in herself and be fired. I have enjoyed my time there for years so I guess its just time for a change, it cost me my vacation this year. No, this is not exaggerated and its the truth, unfortunately. And I will discourage everyone I know from staying there. Thankyou.
