This immaculate 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom oasis is perfectly setup to make your family’s Orlando holiday truly magical and memorable, enjoying all that there is to offer. We are owned and managed by one family. We love Disney, Universal, and Orlando just like you. You will always have direct access to me as the owner.

As you enter your gathering house you are met with the feeling of openness as you move from the foyer, into the kitchen and dining room and family gathering room, passing by personally selected décor hand-picked to make you feel at home yet remind you that you are at a world known destination. Each space melds perfectly into the next. This open floor plan provides an incredible view out to the lanai and the relaxing and entertaining private pool and spa area through the sliding doors.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary delights including Keurig Duo, hot water kettle, slow cooking pot, and Mickey Waffle maker. We do not leave you wanting for any utensil. The meals you prepare are well-served on the granite counter space for bar seating and the large dining area table. You can even bring your family outside as you enjoy the expansive unblocked view of sunrises and moonrises and other heavenly events. We provide paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods for your entire holiday.
And for the day or evening you choose to pamper yourself further, hire our colleague and friend Chef Kegon to come and provide a full 3 course dinner or scrumptious brunch for you and your family, adding to your memories.

At the end of your day in the parks or even on days out of the parks, unwind and relax in the complimentary heated pool and spa as you are provided with an unending view that also provides a view of multiple Disney Park fireworks shows nightly. This is an added amenity that few can provide.
Imagine yourself arising before the others as you enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing in the heated spa watching the sunrise or even hot air balloons dotting the sky.
Our outdoor space provides also the possibility of viewing a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.

Your outdoor space provides a large propane grill, use of which is also complimentary and this space is more private than most as there are no rear neighbors allowing for a private oasis in the midst of multiple amenities at your fingertips.

Our Ohana Gathering House provides a large comfortably and personally appointed gathering space where multiple family generations can gather to talk, catch up, or watch a large selection of entertainment on the huge 85 inch Samsung 4K screen outfitted with above basic cable as well as Firestick with multiple apps, including Peacock for EPL viewing.

The Owner’s En Suite provides for first floor accommodations with luxury and comfort. The room is well decorated and has a large bathroom that provides access to the lanai. Each King bedroom has a 55 inch firestick tv with cable and multiple apps for all your viewing possibilities at the end of a day out.
Also on the first floor is the laundry room, that allows for quick drying of bathing suits and towels, or full laundry needs with provided laundry pods stocked for your stay.
We also have a family hallway and invite families to bring their own family crest or shield to hang in our gallery for posterity

When you arrive and head upstairs passed the young child safety gates each family member picks out their own personal space from the remaining 6 bedrooms.
This steps open up to the Avengers game room which has been hand painted by a local artist and is outfitted with side by side by side Tvs each with its own Xbox gaming console and one with a PS4 console so you can compete side by side utilizing our high speed >400Mbs internet. These consoles are hard wired and not wifi dependent.
The game room is furnished with beanbags for game players and ample seating for every age group in your family to enjoy time together. The game room is completed with an air hockey table to challenge other family members as well as a large sized Connect Four.

The six upstairs bedrooms are setup to appeal to families traveling together and multigenerational families by combining 2 King Suites with a nearby Themed Bunk suites as well as 2 more king en suites.

The first of the themed 4 bunk bed suites is themed with Lilo and Stitch and connects to the 4th King bedroom with a full bathroom in between and sits in the middle portion of the upstairs area.

The second themed 4 bunk bedroom is a Star Wars immersion like no other and will provide galaxies of memories for your children or grandchildren. It sits at the back of the house as does the 5th King bedroom and full bathroom.
All the beds are of high quality and comfortable.

There is plenty of space for families to gather while still having enough room for privacy when needed for every generation of your family.

Let’s not forget one of the reasons you chose this location. Windsor Island Resort offers The Aloha Club, featuring a large sparkling resort pool, a children's splash park, a large hot tub and one of the longest lazy rivers inside an Orlando vacation rental community. The lazy river is also the exiting location for two water slides. The Clubhouse access is included and not an extra add on fee and includes a covered bar, rental cabanas, a 9-hole mini-golf course, a fire pit with expansive views as well as cornhole and a sand volleyball court. You could spend multiple days never leaving the resort as you play and relax in the sun at a location that is merely 3-4 minutes’ walk from Ohana Gathering House.

We want to be your gathering spot for your once in a lifetime family vacation memory trip or your annual time to get away and reconnect with family and friends, enjoying the sunshine and warmth and all that Orlando has to offer while staying at a family owned accommodation that was built and designed with you in mind. There are outdoor cameras at the front door, driveway, and right side of home. We have no indoor cameras or sound level devices.

Once booked we require a photo id of the lead booker within 24 hours and will also require photo IDs of all adults 18+ who will be at the home for any time. We also request you send us your email address so our Property Management software can send scheduled emails notifications and information. We do assess our own security deposit separate from the listing channel. This needs to be secured within 72 hours of booking. Failure to adhere to these guidelines can cause cancellation of your booking
You will be asked to provide a credit card for a security deposit of up to $1500 which will be released upon checkout assuming no significant damages have occurred
