Enjoy this spacious, family-friendly home Oceanside, CA! Our 4-bdrm home is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway near the coast. Enjoy a large, private turf yard complete with a soccer net, mini putt, and picnic table for endless outdoor fun. Enjoy the BBQ grill, unwind by the cozy fire pit and take advantage of a space designed to entertain both kids & adults. Just a short drive from beaches, dining, and local attractions, we hope this is the perfect spot for your getaway.

We offer all necessary beach gear for a fun day down at one of our many local beaches!
(chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, kid safety floaties, standup paddle board, boogie board, foam surf board)

Our families with young children will find that we have most of what you need while traveling with little ones (free of charge) pac n play, high chair, children's books, puzzles and even coloring supplies. Outback we have a small climbing gym, playhouse and children's size picnic table as well!

The Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cooking tools/supplies as well as many spices.

We supply all paper products for your stay as well.

We truly want you to feel at ease and in vacation mode when you stay at our home:)

Located close to Oceansides best beaches (under 3 miles), local parks, Legoland, SD Zoo, Sea World and the Safari Park. We are also perfectly located between San Diego proper and Orange County! This home is the perfect hub to explore all the beauty Southern Ca has to offer!

North County SD offers so much from breweries, beaches, parks, hikes and all sorts of shopping & entertaining. We love to show people around and will have a long list of activities for you to enjoy if you choose.

- 5 miles to the entrance of Camp Pendleton, we love to host military families!
- 5-10 minutes to the Oceanside Harbor, the beach our family enjoys every weekend
- 5-10 minutes to various Oceanside beaches
- 10 minutes to Carlsbad Lagoon
- 20 minutes south of San Clemente/Dana Point
- 15 minutes to Legoland
- 50 minutes to Disneyland
- 45 minutes downtown San Diego (Zoo, Nightlife, Baseball games, Sea World etc etc)
- 45 minutes to Newport Beach
- 1-2 hours to desert and mountains

We are in-between two great airports: the San Diego Airport (SAN) 40 minutes south & the Orange County airport (SNA) is 40 minutes north and then Los Angeles International (LAX) is 90 minutes north of us

Perfect spot for those traveling with kids! We stayed with our 2 year old and he had a blast with the amazing backyard. It was refreshingly less stressful to travel, knowing the house had all the amenities we could think of. Crib, high chair, toys, games, you name it! Everything was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. Perfect location within driving distance to locations around the area. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house that we’ve known for years. We would stay here again and again!

A little getaway

A total of 7 of us stayed in this home, and there is PLENTY of space! The backyard was a great place for everyone to be around each other and soak up the Cali weather.(the turf is soft) I would definitely stay here with my family again. Thank you so much to the host!

Great home

This house was amazing. Our family really enjoyed the large backyard to play and relax from a day out and about. The location is convenient as well. House was in great condition and clean. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect home for our family

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a perfect fit for the entire family from adults to two young children. The neighborhood was great, easy access to the beach and all Oceanside has to offer, the home was comfortable and the backyard amazing for hanging out and playing. Thank you!

A clean, fresh, family friendly getaway!

This property was so calming and clean and a wonderful escape for our family. My girls loved playing in the beautiful and picturesque backyard and even improved their golf game on the putting green! ;) the parking permit was especially helpful for driving down to the beach. A wonderful place to stay! And sweet neighbors too!

Great host and home, no AC

Diana is a great host! Super responsive and the home has a great yard for little ones as well as so many toys and things to take to the beach! Important to note, no Air conditioning and on a hot day, no way to stay cool inside even with fans on.

Great family home in Oceanside area

This home was a perfect fit for our family who were attending a wedding near Oceanside in early November. We spent hours enjoying the back yard with all of the sports equipment and outdoor toys with our two grandsons. The kitchen is well equipped for a group and the location is close to the beach plus shopping is nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We especially enjoyed the fun collection of books for young children. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

First Visit to Oceanside

We enjoyed our stay here and the home had plenty of amenities and it was easy to find stuff in the kitchen and had everything we could possibly need to cook dinner on our first night. We really enjoyed the backyard with the grill, fire pit and the putting green. We were able to enjoy the wide open space in the living room where we were able to enjoy board games and watch movies. Our property manager was very attentive to our needs and she was very accommodating! We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in Oceanside!!

Perfect for a multigenerational family

We stayed at Diana’s house for 4 nights with my parents, husband and 2 kids. The house was so comfortable for what we needed, with the garden being the absolute highlight because it was so luxuriously large, especially coming from London. We spent most mornings playing there, and then took day trips to La Jolla and Oceanside harbor. Beds were super comfortable, the entertainment setup (all the streaming stations) was perfect, there were so many books and games to keep the kids preoccupied, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and bbq, and communication with Diana was quick, clear and very helpful. Thank you for everything, we had such a good time!

Great for people with kids

My kids LOVED the back yard. We didn't get enough time there since we were out doing other things but we loved it. My only wish was a bigger kitchen. If you like to cook, it's a little small. I hit my head on the stove vent about 10 times. Beds were comfortable and was easy access to San Diego and Orange County. Communication with owner was super. I asked where to get crab and she called local places on my behalf. I've never experienced such good communication. Hea head on the

Well stocked house for a 3-generation family

This house worked very well for all of us: the grandparents, the millennial "kids" and our two very young grand children. The house and yard are especially kid friendly, and we used much of the beach gear in the garage and appreciated that!

Good home for families

We had a nice trip with family and enjoyed the great yard! The home was clean and well equipped, and the owners were very responsive. Important to note the house does not have AC- temps were in the 80s and the house was about the same. Only a few minutes drive to some great beaches as well.

Great Family Friendly House

Amazing house! Stylish, clean and well stocked. The hosts have thought of everything!!! Perfect spot for a family with littles as the backyard is ready with a water table, play house, soccer net, and putting green. One thing to note though is that this house does not have AC. But we enjoyed our long weekend here and would definitely stay again!

We live in this house part time so while its clean and streamline like we all like our rentals to be there are so many amenities and touches that will make you feel at home! Whether its the additional cooking supplies, beach gear, game/puzzle selections or the few kids toys and books to keep little guests occupied. We feel this is the perfect home for a family to enjoy during their travels
