This 4-plex offered a great location and included parking/garage was wonderful. The unit worked perfectly for us traveling with 4 older teens and one adult. We weren’t there much during our stay but everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of supplies for the one dinner we made in the unit. Would definitely stay again with this group!We stay in Oceanside every other year or so, so I was very familiar with this area and it was very convenient. Easy access to the Strand, about 10 minute walk to sandy beach (the closest beach to this part of Oceanside is rocks), the pier and downtown with lots of fun restaurants and shops. For small groups this is a great crash for the night at a price that can’t be beat when you compare to hotels in San Diego.

Everything about this place was perfect! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It's beautiful, clean, and quiet. There's onsite garage parking, and it's only 1 block to the beach. Amazing find!!

We loved how convenient and easy everything was at this place: garage parking, location to the beach, comfortable beds, beach towels available, etc. The host was phenomenal and even left beach toys and chairs for us when we enquired about them. The only thing we needed and didn’t have was a high chair. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

The property is in very good condition and one block from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, baking pans, bowls, etc, which was very nice. We would definitely stay again!

Unit C was super clean, as described and in a great location. The owner was kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Lower bed in bunk bed room was a firm! bed, but sheets and pillows were cozy. The strand and great restaurants were in walking distance. We were happy with Oceanside and our stay……what a great place to visit!

The space was cute and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. The unit is walkable to the fun of Oceanside and a short drive from even more.Instruction and communication was all friendly and clear and check-in/out was easy. It was also nice to have a garage to utilize during our stay.

Visit my daughter who lives in Oceanside

House was great and had everything you needed. Garage parking was great. Location was great. Rules were very strict and put a little damper on the trip.

We are so glad that the property had everything you needed and that the location and parking situation was great! I'm sorry that you felt that the rules were to strict. Since there are 4 units on the property, we have them in place so that everyone enjoys the space. You violated both our noise restrictions and the fact that there is absolutely no smoking on the property. After we received complaints, yes...I reached out to you and asked you to refrain. I apologize if this put a damper on your trip...but maybe next time you book, you look for a property where smoking and loud music are OK. The Myers Beach House is a family friendly space located in a great, quiet neighborhood and we take pride in that :)

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who lived there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!

Location, location, location! While the place is adorable, completely renovated and a lot of heart and soul put into it...it is also perfectly located in the heart of the Oceanside Beach neighborhood.
