Save time and money preparing meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine indoors at the breakfast bar or the table for four. Bring your Netflix account info along and spend your evenings streaming your favorite shows and movies in the comfortable living area. For sleeping arrangements, you'll find two front-facing bedrooms as well as a set of twin hall bunks for the kids. Guests are also welcome to enjoy a variety of on-site resort amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and sports courts.

Head six miles east to spend the day in the heart of Panama City Beach at attractions like Ripleyā€™s Believe It Or Not and WonderWorks. Shipwreck Island Water Park, welcoming guests of all ages, is only four miles down the road, while Gulf World is just a mile-and-a-half from this property. There are also plenty of restaurants in close proximity such as Diego's Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar, the Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, and Hook'd Pier Bar & Grill, all of which are within a mile or two of this property.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
