Come enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast in style. Stay with us at our elegant piece of paradise located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Relax with your loved ones and enjoy our panoramic view of the sugary white sand and emerald green water! The enticing balcony overlooks what Panama City Beach is known for; white sand and the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see! Views can be enjoyed from the private balcony, open floor plan, and the main suite.

This home away from home with tropical flair has been tastefully redecorated and updated in 2019. Featuring a nicely appointed and well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs in bedrooms, and a prime location in central Panama City Beach with outstanding restaurants and shopping nearby, this retreat is the best option out there.

THINGS TO KNOW
During Spring Break, all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years old unless it is children traveling with parents or legal guardians.
Beach chair service rentals are available from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31. This is not included in this rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 20.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Management was great but we saw several roaches in the kitchen during our stay. We stay at Ocean Villa every year but wouldn’t stay at this condo again.

The dryer in our room didn't work, we had to dry clothes for 2 hours, and it took up my time that I could have spent on the beach! The curtains in the rooms were dirty, the ceiling lights were also dirty!!! The carpet in the middle of the room was so dirty we didn't use it and left it on the balcony, so my kids had to play on the tiled floor and it was very cold!!!!! Two days ago we saw cockroaches someone brought sticky tape for cockroaches!!! The door leading to the laundry room is broken, we wrote, but no one fixed it. We wrote about all this in the office and nothing was repaired!!

Nice condo

Great beachfront location and stunning views from the balcony. The condo was decent and quiet. Could use more towels and trash bags. There were eight of us and only two towels were provided in each bathroom. The door could also use a new lock as it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again.

Family vacation

This condo felt like home. Definitely will rent again. The only problems were the 2nd bed in the second bedroom was broken but quickly fixed by maintenance. Also the remote in the master did not work the cable . No one addressed this problem even though I called and messaged about the problem. Otherwise wonderful trip.

Great Condo, everything you need. Amazing views, Easy check in and out. Not a big fan of master bedroom bed, to hard and stiff, but other than that had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

Very Nice Condo

Girls trip with 4 women. Condo very clean, comfortable and decorated cute. Large balcony overlooking beach. Perfect location and only about a 15 min walk on the beach to Pineapple Willy’s. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was as presented in the listing. The view was great! The location was good. Instructions for parking would have been helpful prior to arrival, as well as having a parking pass.

Beautiful, updated and cozy!

We loved our stay here. The home is beautifully updated and so comfortable - from the living room to the bedroom. The location is very close to restaurants and the beach view is gorgeous. Temps were in the low 50's so we didn't spend any time on the balcony, but we loved the option for lounging and/or dining outdoors. Parking was easy, elevators ran smoothly/quickly. Only update suggestion might be to add outlets with USB plug-ins. Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. High ceilings and beautiful decor. Will definitely book here again!

A Hidden Gem!

Our view from the large spacious balcony on the 20th floor was breathtaking!! Condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything was close by, including surf shops, grocery stores, superstore Walmart and many restaurants that we could walk to. However with that sunset view, from the balcony with a patio table and chairs, we had the best seat in the house and rarely dined out. Best pizza in town was a short walk across the street! Lots of hot water for showers! On cooler days the hot tub was very welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped! Smart TV and Netflix was available for free. Can’t wait to come back and bring my daughter on her reading week. Thanks to vacassa for easy checkin!

Perfect Condo - Perfect Week

Our stay turned out to be amazingly perfect. Hurricane Ian looked to possibly cause all kinds of issues during our stay but thankfully it all stayed south and it ended being perfect weather all week long. Sunny skies and beautiful sunsets. Our condo was cute and wonderful and the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Could not ask for anything more.

Perfect!

The condo was updated and very clean. We had a very relaxing stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Everything was well maintained and I’m working order. Great water pressure with lots of hot water. King mattress very worn, but other than that it was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Me and my family are very happy with the place we stayed at !!! The parking was good ! The convenience of where the condo is from the elevator was extremely nice !!! The condition the condo was in . It was very clean !! We loved the swing on the porch. The table outside was a nice touch as well !!! The overall location .. all the food places and all were in good location!! We only stayed 3 days but it was a very nice place we would love to stay in again !! Another thing ! The appliances and everything in the condo was nice !!

Absolutely perfect!

First of all, this whole process has been easy. I love the text reminders that are helpful but not too much info flying at me at once. I love the code check in. Ocean Villas is a large building with multiple condos that all face the gulf. However, a plus for me is that it was big, had everything we needed, but wasn’t so big that it was overwhelming. I don’t like resorts like that. The room was ready on time and we walked into a blast of cool refreshing AC. Everything was clean and nice. The condo was beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. It has a gorgeous view of the beach and pool areas… the swing on the balcony was a huge plus!! This unit is right on the beach but is a close reasonable walk to many stores and restaurants. I had a wonderfully relaxing trip and loved staying here!

Mother’s Day getaway

The unit was clean. We loved the large balcony with the bed swing, table & chairs, & beautiful ocean view. A lounge chair would have been nice. A full bed for each of us. A fabulous kitchen. Very comfortable. Had problems with front door lock. Better instructions on how to lock & unlock would be nice. Had to wait for help to come. We will probably ask for this unit next year.
