Holiday Hill House - Views, Pool/Spa, Pickleball, Pool Table, Ping Pong

Welcome to Holiday Hill House. From the expansive front patio, with ceiling fan, outside dining overlooking the pool/spa area which also boasts some of the best views of Palm Springs and the surrounding canyons and valleys. The fun, lagoon-style pool is larger and deeper than most. In the backyard, you'll enjoy your private Pickle Ball court during the day, and the wonderful, new fire pit area at night.

Inside you will find a double door entry to a welcoming fully stocked wet bar (Bring Your Own Booze) perfect for entertaining around the open floor plan. The living room has ample comfortable and stylish furniture for large or small gatherings. This area is surrounded by glass windows and sliders bringing an amazing view of the Coachella Valley all the way to Joshua Tree. There’s a nice view patio with seating area and BBQ. The open chef kitchen flows nicely into the dining and sitting area for ease of serving. Have a pianist in your group? Let them set the mood as you hop behind the wet bar with seating for 6 as you dazzle your friends with your best martini that's shaken, not stirred.

High-end kitchen details like the Bertozzoni gas range, a beautiful Copper Apron Sink, and a Nespresso machine (original line) will satisfy your Home Chef. We've stocked it with everything you need to easily make a casual outdoor snack or a formal holiday meal to be enjoyed while all seated around the great table for 12.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs you'll find four of the six bedrooms, which are all well appointed. The Primary Bedroom has a wall of glass that steps right out to the intimate, bubbly spa with gorgeous valley-wide views, a luxury King bed, 60" TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with an easy to walk-in shower. The second King Bedroom also features a smaller en suite bathroom with shower, TV, and has windows looking out onto the large grassy backyard, perfect for bocce ball or bean bag toss. With a practical split bedroom plan, the other side of the house features two bedrooms, one with King bed and the other flexibly furnished with Twins that combine optionally into another King. These rooms have private sink areas and walk-in closets, and they share a room with toilet and shower-over-tub Jack-and-Jill-style. Downstairs, off the wonderful Game Room, you'll find two intimate guest bedrooms, each with Queen beds. These rooms share the downstairs split-room bathroom with shower.

GAME ROOM
Down the marble stairway is the Theater/Game Room. You'll enjoy playing cards and games around the circular table, or fine-tune your skills on the pool table. When it's game time or movie night, you'll enjoy the action on the large 73" wall mounted flat screen. Step out the glass slider to the Table Tennis Patio. There's a full bathroom with shower on this level.

Pool Heating is available for $89/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric usage instead.

Children are welcome; we can provide a portable Pack and Play as well as a high chair.

Note that Dogs are welcome (2 max), $150 + tax each (no charge for Official Service Dogs). All dogs, including Service Dogs, must be disclosed in advance of arrival.

The large garage can hold 2 cars side-by-side with room for 4 more in the driveway. Inquire about the possibility of adjacent secure RV parking.

Palm Springs area activities include world-class golf, swimming, hiking, botanical gardens, desert landscape parks, water theme park, aerial tram, tennis, gyms, horseback riding and shopping.
