Come enjoy a FABULOUS vacation getaway in our freshly renovated, classic 1970’s spacious 3,300 sqft. Hollywood resort style estate! Located in the Mirador District neighboring “The Movie Colony” and a few blocks from downtown.  We provide bikes for our guests to enjoy during their stay.  You can walk or ride bikes to downtown Palm Springs or a very short drive or uber drive to the amazing restaurants, bars and entertainment the city has to offer.  
This corner lot estate home has been freshly renovated with new kitchen, dual master bathrooms, tile floors, extra-large slider to enjoy the massive outside space and decorated to provide style & comfort to your vacation! Vaulted ceilings, new appliances, in ground spa was added, amazing lounge with pool table, ping pong, TV & bar, dining for up to 12, game room with air hockey, resort style backyard, pet oasis & more!!! Also newly added is an electric vehicle charging station conveniently located in the garage!
Outside misters (summer months only). Outdoor space heaters (during winter) are available for your use, but we do not provide the extra full tanks for them, as it is difficult with supply demands in the county, and guests leaving them on & using a full tank each night. We will provide empty tanks for our guests to have swapped & paid for by them.

HEATING THE POOL & SPA:
RENTAL AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE COST FOR HEATING THE POOL OR SPA. This additional fee must be requested prior to your reservation, and we will send a request through the Resolution Center to obtain payment. Average charge for heating spa per day is $80, and $150 per day for the pool. Discounted package deals available! Prices are based on heat used in moderation. We ask that our guests turn off the spa when not in use, and not heat the pool over 85 degrees. Excessive usage could result in a charge to our guests deposit and is electronically monitored. Please contact us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding these fees.
PET FEES ALSO APPLY.
We love our fur baby, so we are happy to accommodate potty trained pets only. There is a pet fee of $50 for cleaning company for hair removal and additional cleaning that should be selected if you are bringing your fur baby. All pet poops must be picked up as well.
