Raised two-level tiny house built on innovative Diamond Foundation Piers that emulate tree roots and provide a covered outdoor living space underneath. First floor includes a pass-through bar, convection/air fryer and induction cooktop, concrete countertops with live edge shelving, retro style refrigerator and vintage enamel dining table. Full size tiled bathroom with walk-in rain shower, radiant heat flooring, minimalist toilet, concrete floors and live edge sink. Hair dryer included. Living space includes flip-out sofa bed, A/C, reading nook, pallet wood fireplace/TV wall, and a small closet. Loft area (note: steep tiny house style stairs,made for active individuals) includes a queen size bed made from vintage wood and industrial style casters, lockers for storage, window bench, workout gear, small industrial style desk and access to the top floor deck. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains while doing your sun salutations on the deck or enjoy a beautiful sunset while sipping some wine after a day of adventure! Large wrap around deck on the main level features a covered grilling area, pass through bar seating, and vintage theatre seats for enjoying the view. Outdoor area includes a firepit, small deck with gliding bench, gardens, fenced yard, and reading benches. Zen Too has a 2-car parking space and a boardwalk entrance lined with Quaking Aspens.
"Zen Too" is pet friendly for a fee of $70.00 per dog for well-behaved dogs! Nonsmoking.
