Beautiful Beachfront Home on Sullivan's Island!

Our Sullivan's Island beach home is the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends and family. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the large wrap around screened porch is a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze. The large living room/ entertainment area has seating for 10+, smart flat screen TV and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features a sub-zero fridge, gas range, oven, microwave, coffee maker and high end finishes for those that love to cook. The kitchen comes with all the cookware and gadgets needed to feed the crowd. The Dining area seats 12 people comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a large en suite bathroom and private access to both the screened in and open porches. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and access to a full bath. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms feature queens, doubles and twin beds for the perfect slumber party for the younger crowd. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a smart flat screen TV.

Walk to the beach via our private path OR access the beach via the public path @ Station 28. Two outdoor showers provide the perfect place to rinse off after spending a day at the beach.

Large and safe front and back yards perfect for outdoor play, including a built in adjustable basketball hoop.

*** Peak- season - 7 night minimum rental only (June - September)

Beautiful spacious well equipped home. We could all gather comfortably together and easily spread out when desired. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful screened in porch to relax and read. Easy private short walk to the beach. The beach was wide and quiet. Nora was very responsive whenever I reached out.

Beautiful place to relax and unwind

We had a great stay. It is a perfect location for hanging out on the beach, relaxing on the screened in porch, or walking around the quiet neighborhood.

Great stay on Sullivan's Island

Great property right on our favorite beach in the Charleston area. The property was better than advertised and comfortably slept two families with young kids. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home, fantastic location

Relaxing and Peaceful

We loved our weeklong stay on Sullivan's. This house was perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach with our two young boys, a beautiful kitchen and property, and wonderful location just a golf cart ride away from the restaurants on Sullivan's. We would love to stay again!

Great Experience

The property was beautiful, the host was gracious and helpful. My kids loved swimming in the ocean and we all enjoyed the large porches and well appointed kitchen. The location on Sullivan's Island was both quiet and serene. We like the private path to the beach.

Perfect Beach House

How lucky we were to have stayed at this gorgeous and private beach house on Sullivan's Island! We loved the natural walk to the beach, the setting was truly exquisite. The house itself had all of the modern comforts of home and the location was a short bike ride to restaurants and nightlife. A perfect beach house experience! We loved every minute.

Sullivan's Island Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is perfect - very clean and spacious, outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. We loved the easy access to the beach, the screened in porch and all of the board games. It was perfect for our family. The location, while quiet and private, is the perfect distance to bike into the bustling heart of Sullivan's Island, and just a hop from Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. The owners were easily accessible and wonderful to work with. We loved everything about it and can't wait to go back next year.

Beautiful Oceanfront on Sullivan's Island

The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views and kite surfers on the beach! We recommend this rental and it made our stay on Sullivan's just perfect. The Owners were easy to reach, responsive and lovely. There is a ton of room at the home and it had every amenity we could need. The kitchen was easy to use, the TV's had all the up to date apps and the home was easy to access. The grounds, yard and porches really made this a special trip for us!!! Thank you!!!!!

Wow. Just Wow. Pictures do not do it justice.

We had an amazing 3 week vacation. House is super comfortable and felt more like a home than a rental. Nora was welcoming and receptive and reached out prior to the trip for questions and suggestions. During the vacation, communication was extremely prompt when we had questions about the property. As a bonus, the home was well stocked with “tractor toys” which took my 2-year old over the moon. My family loved our stay, enjoyed our private path to the beach, grilling and mostly lived on the enormous screened in porch. Can’t wait to plan 2023.

So Thankful for This Family Home

This lovingly maintained beach house is a wonderful place to gather our family: son and his wife and precious children, sisters, goddaughter and her husband! The chef was delighted with the kitchen layout and all the amenities. The dishwasher expert loved that all the storage was in arms' reach: so many thoughtful touches. Several comments about wonderful new mattresses and the unexpected entertainer, a red-tailed hawk perched for much of the day on the front step post. All before we got to the beach to enjoy kite-sailors. Thank you, Nora and family for sharing.

Peace and Beauty

Reach out and touch the Atlantic; turn around and hug your family. Open floor plan and kitchen with every conceivable convenience. Plenty of beds and plenty of privacy. Probably wouldn’t be lavishing praise if we hadn’t already signed on for next Thanksgiving. Love that Nora is so responsive. Thanks for sharing. 😎

So special!

This house was so wonderful. The back porch steals the show. My two year old daughter is still asking about our beach house with the porch! The house was amazingly well equipped and had everything we needed. The ONLY downfall was the mattress / bed configuration on main floor. We would have loved a king, and more comfortable mattresses and pillows. We like luxurious bedding. Such a great great house for little kids. We honestly made the best memories and would certainly return. The view and location is amazing. So clean, so well stocked, made traveling with Little’s pretty easy! Can’t wait to go back.

Gorgeous home, great location- fabulous week at Sullivan’s Island

Our family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful vacation week at this home! The pictures do not adequately express the beautiful and welcoming decor, and the large size of the bedrooms! Our 2 teenagers each brought a friend. The family room, open concept kitchen and dining area, and large screened in porch provided plenty of space to spread out when we needed space from each other, or gather together for meals or games. The kitchen was nicely appointed with any cookware and utensils needed as well as basic spices, cooking oils, dishwashing soap, coffee filters, etc. Dining out was easy and enjoyable with the close proximity to town center of Sullivan’s Island, as well as a quick 20 minute drive to Charleston. The beach was a 5 minute walk down a private path. Communicating with owner/management was quick and responsive. The home was very clean and well cared for. Love and special memories grow in this home!
