OTHER THINGS TO NOTE***

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

8 Person/Guest Maximum. If you bring more guests than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $150 per person over said number.

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol and glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, consumed any medications, are feeling sick or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-ins are ever allowed. We cannot guarantee that a cabin will be properly cleaned and sanitized earlier than 4pm of your day of check in. If you decide to check in to the cabin earlier than 4pm (or check out later then 10am), we reserve the right to charge you $100 per hour.

This property is located in an area that is prone to weather changes that can temporarily affect power and water to the cabin such as ice, snow, storms, and rain. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Extra Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, ziplocks, charcoal, ect. - are NOT provided. You will have a "starter pack" of toilet paper, shampoo, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 kitchen garbage bag. Anything extra is not provided and must be purchased on your own.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $275 and you will likely be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Driveway and outdoor porch has surveillance camera that is activated by motion sensors for security purposes.
